After the sauna the name of the game is to pop in all together in the pool and then speed back to the sauna it's excellent for ridding your pores of buildup and any muscle stress!

I'm laughing out loud, 'quietly' at your 'sink a ship reference' as I've just recently watched a Titanic documentary. I used to work in the marketing department of a UK health spa. The health resort/spa I used to work at wasn't for detox - It was for health and relaxation. As I worked in the marketing department, I used to get my Elemis facials for free. I Love the Spa experience, but still like caffeine and a glass of wine. Which 'my' spa allowed.
As someone who struggles with separation anxiety from my bf this video gave me a lovely insight how to be romantic and have a good time just with yourself and how it’s okay just to love yourself and be in your own company sometimes I hope I have the confidence to do this one day

Dianne its Sauna then Skinny-dip the pond head under then back to the Sauna , thats Russian style ! ( they break the ice Lol ). 48 hrs started with chipped nails & finished with chipped nail polish. Whilst the food might be ok for you thats just a starter to us guys, think i would be nightime raiding there fridges.

I'm sure you've seen but I keep getting stupid clickbait headlines saying "Dianne sparks roumours of splitting from Joe as she goes on solo trip" and I'm getting so annoyed because its obviously got no proof and they're just trying to get money with shocking roumour stories, just like all the strictly clickbait stories. Apparently all women who go on a retreat do it because they're breaking up with their partner now 🙄😂

Dianne know you like Rolo candy I found a recipe you may like! You start with small pretzels on a cookie sheet. Then add a Rolo candy on top of pretzel. Bake for 3-5 minutes on oven at 250 degrees.
