- What we have here is our 2nd generation KTM Duke 390, which we bought last December 2020 from KTM BGC to replace our trusty old Duke 200 which we used for about a year. And here we are... about to do this new bike's review.
I wouldn't really call this a technical review, though. It would be more of a first impression kind of review. Something a newbie might probably be able to relate to if he is thinking about buying this bike.
Is this a good bike to buy for first time, inexperienced buyers?

Duke 390 din ang first option ko kapag kukuha ako ng express legal bike, hindi ko type ang naked style pero in comfortability mukhang mas ok to kesa sa mga sports bike type
actually boss, coming from an underbone, ito na ata easiest bike to transition into. magaang kasi. sa power kanlang bigla maninibago, pero sa handling kyang kaya
If I may share, I jumped straight to riding a 390 Duke (my first motorcycle). My background on 2 wheels is mainly mountain biking, tapos nag basic motorcycle riding lessons ako nung Feb.
Handling wise, the 390 Duke is the easiest to ride among the big bikes I've tested. Still working on finesse sa hand controls, given how jerky the engine can be at low revs, at ma-torque siya.

Ganda ng review mo Sir. Question Interested kasi ako sa KTM Duke 390. Pero first time ko if ever ung may hand clutch. My question is:
1. ok b cya sa as a beginner bike?
2. May Slipper Clutch ba si Duke 390?
3. Solve n din b ung heating issue nya?
I know matagal n tong blog and the MC as well pero now lang me nag ka interest and ikaw lang din ung alam ko nag rereview more precise ng Duke 390. Ride Safe Sir.
hello sir.. to answer your questions:
- yes, pwedeng pwede sya as a beginner bike… medyo magugulat ka sa power, pero it will only take you a few minutes para makasanayan mo yung bike. it is lightweight din kaya kaya sya ng beginner.
- yes may slipper clutch sya
- heating issues, yes mainit sya, pero not necessarily overheating. magkaiba kasi yun.
in summary, Duke 390 can be your first bike. yung iba nga kilala ko duke790 agad e. so kaya yan

hahaha. actually boss... you can walk in sa KTM BGC or KTM QAve and request for a test drive ng Duke390 or RC390. they allow it. nagtest drive muna talaga ako both bikes kaya nademonyo ako mag upgrade from my Deke200 hahaha
a real test drive yun boss, indi lang sa parking lot. tapos you are on your own. watch mo yung vlog ko about test drive nitong mga to 😉
