So if I have a multi-member llc and I am going to bring on an additional member based on them providing cash capital contributions, do I just include them in "Exhibit A" of the amended operating agreement showing their percentage interest? Do I have to have them sign any other agreements i.e. some sort of cash contribution agreement or securities?
I have a question, I filed, and formed my own LLC before, but now I have created a new business alongside my girlfriend We've been at it for 5 months and I think that it's time to finally form an LLC. I've researched and a Multi Member LLC is the right choice, but I'm curious if the overall process of forming the LLC should be any different than when I normally filed the single member LLC that I did a few years ago for my other business Edit: summary - my question is about creating an entirely new multi member LLC, not changing a current single member one
