I just submitted the dissolution document online (Michigan).
My problem is I set up an llc in 2021 but actually never started any business....tbh i set it up and went on to other things and completely forgot about it :( ....

Hi I have an LLC too and I really was not making any money with it until last year 2023 when I made $300 for an affiliate marketing company that has a physical address in Nevada and I am in Florida. Will I have to dissolve my LLC in Nevada and Florida? I did not make any money in Florida it was all online sales. I had to fill out a W-9 for this company. I have a similar situation and still had to file a sales tax return every month although I didn't make any money. Check your states site or call them to find out. The frequency of your filing varies by state.
