Love the review and thank you. I use a Roland wave drum to add percussionist (congos, to ambient etc) overtop of some of my drum parts. Would you say Sensory Percussion could replace something like this? I’ve not seen it used like that yet

when choosing a drumkit, how much does the drumkit matter?
I guess the rebound will change to a bit less bouncy if one uses Evans mesh?
Is it a good idea to choose a drum kit that specifically fits the sensors on the rims
or is it the same no matter what cheap drum kit you connect to it?
Like the NATAL DNA Stealth kit, for example, that is quiet?
or what is your advice, what to think of?
I do not have a drumkit at all right now... so will choose each drum and hardware from the start.
I had the Nord Drum 3 P but sold it yesterday as I felt it was not giving me any rebound at all by the rubber
pads it has and I want to have the ergonomic feel and set up of an acoustic drum kit as that is what I
grew up playing since I was 7 years old. So, is an old teenage dream that is coming back now, to start
to play the drums again, and I really like to find the most revolutionary and coolest way to play today and the Evans
sensors seem to be really that!
