    Tested ko na ang bersyon na ito indeed na paka sarap nga! Lalu na kung may kapares na piniritong isda on the side tapos may sawsawan kang toyong may kalamansi na may sili kooow po! pihado sira-sira ang dyeta at ilang bunuan na naman ng ilang buwan sa gym ahihihihihi.. Salamat teh Nadia sa pag share ng recipe.😉👌

    It’s funny that we Filipino we like to say guisado which is in English it means stew, but technically what she was making here is sautéed bitter gourd (ginisang ampalaya in tagalog, I believe) now if we will say it in Spanish this will be Called calabaza amarga salteada.

    I always add curry powder to make it smells good and a lot tomatoes will also make the bitter gourd less bitter :-)
