    제가 가장 자신없는 요리가 솥밥이에요 ^^;;
    꼭 타거나 덜 익거나 하더라구요 ㅋ
    굴 좋아해서 해보고 싶은데
    겁이 나긴하네요
    그래도 지아님 따라쟁이 요린이니까 해봐야겠죠!

    I just returned from the coast with fresh oysters. I was looking for a new recipe and this one looks delightful. I will definitely try this one tonight with my oysters. Thank you for sharing.

    can I use the frozen oysters?

      I never tried with frozen oysters. I would defrost them in 1liter of water with 2 tablespoons of salt and then cook it.

      Just thaw them out. I eat about ten gallons of oysters every winter. These oysters appear to be steamed before shucked, so it won’t make much difference how you thaw them, just don’t cook out all the juice. They thaw out pretty quickly especially if they’re salty.
