The guy in the video is a youtuber/streamer befriended with the band, lipsyncing to the lyrics. He featured in a few of their previous videos and they did a song for/with him too (Castrop X Spandau).
They mostly do uplifting partycore like this but do have more serious songs too, like their latest video Mindreader!

You should try *The Warning* - 3 sisters with deep roots in classic hard rock, with elements of grunge, metal, punk, and other genres added in on some songs. Try 'Evolve', 'Disciple', and 'Error' for some of their new stuff.
