The Challenge lock element is certain to be one of the most enjoyable of Locksport. - I am intrigued by the pin variations & possibilities in particular. This is a great video brotherman NICVT
Great vid, I'm enjoying the series from what I've seen. Got some catching up to do 😊. I massively shortened the length of the jewellers saw blade with it being adjustable which takes away a lot of play while you're tooling with it. Hope it helps buddy 🤜🤛🫶🍻
Awesome 😊. Way more effort went into this than I could have imagined. Watching you make your own pins was absolutely fascinating, and then to see that you have stock to straight up cut your own is absolutely wild. I can't get over how cool this is. Additionally, I never knew you could cut down the "teeth" on a key. If I'm being 100% honest, it did look a tiny bit harder for you to remove the key after the cuts with the Leshi cutter. I love this video, thanks for sharing. 😊😊 cheers
@@MasteringTheLocks it really didn’t change the resistance of the key, I just wanted to show it. I made a lock for another picker this morning that wouldn’t let the key be inserted without nipping the high points. Pin length, spring compression and chamber length do play a role. I’ll go over it down the road.
Great information 👍 this helps out a lot. Thank you 😊
Fantastic

Well, when you make one I will be happy to pick it and share it with others.
@@NICVT_locks That is how it shall be then, providence allowing of course.
- a bit more "level up" & I should be able to construct one
Excellent video!
@@GreyhoundPicking thanks!

Idk why I didn’t think to do that. Thanks!

Very nice. I have to come back when I'm finally making some. Dig the music interludes 💚🔒
@@SeeStuDo I hate long stretches of silence in videos. I have to fill the void lol
@NICVT_locks it's a nice touch for sure!
