This did not last and was nerfed instantly, got replaced with *Forge Spirit > Cold Snap > Alacrity*. The days when Invoker become a Full auto attack hero. Then it become *Sunstrike > Meteor > Blast* with Euls before Blast was Nerfed. Patch 7, Blast Nerf but Root buffed, Euls was replaced with "Rod of Atos". *Then again, high mmr and pro scene. You will see all this combo being done no matter the Patch ^,..,^*
it's easy man i have like 500 games with invoker and it's easy you just have to learn all the spells in the beginning play invoker 50 times and you have the hand for it

After first attack Sf knew that invoker is faster than him, and he would definitely kill him in 3 hits, sf would be near his tower. It's 1 sec lost to see where are you and 1 sec to click on you to attack. SF could escape if he didnt lose that second to depend will he do that or not.. when he was doing half circle. :)
Gimorum was the one who inspired me to learn invoker, back in dota 1 days, when i first saw his raging fury one, i was amazed thinking how fast is this guys hands and thinking, then i went on my journey to learn Invoker, as today i can say Im decent invoker player, but not as half good as my IDOL,, thanks for the inspiraition

He don't have to throw a complete combo to kill an enemy, meteor and daefting blast are just unnecesary to kill an enemy if you know how to play invoker as well. See 3:07.
why do you max quas first? i find 5 quas is enough tornado time to set up the 4 spell combo, 6 quas is only needed if you get the tornado off right next to them. at level 17 with aghs, i'll have 5q 6w 2e 4i
Wow, never thought of getting a refresher on Invoker, I do understand, late game I use too many spells and some of the crucial ones are on cooldown sometimes and I cannot pick off some enemy heroes. Great idea, will try refresher =D

Grim - strongest invoker out there! But if you see this how come you decideded to go 4 points in quas and exort and then suddenly max wex and then quas? is this to get the dubble forge and then get the max drain emp?
His strength lies on his timing on the cooldowns of invoker's skills, the perfect combos and crowd control during fights. But I still think there are pro players who can't combo as well as him but have bigger impacts on games (better game sense etc).
well it makes ice wall really insane ..and the tornado lift time increases which allows for more comboes in mid game as u have like a level 2 /3 invoke at that point anyway.
i think quas gives you strength = more tanky. gives longer range to your coldsnap and forge spirits. slow for icewall and tornado lift time. so its pretty legit
Better icewall / ghost walk, more tornado lift time / damage, better cold snap and increased deafening blast knockback / stun duration. You would get a 3.5s deafening blast knockback/stun duration instead of 2 with refresher.
It was more for the lols since 4 lvls on quas is enough since after 4 quas all the increases on your spells is about disable or maybe he was trying to iceiceice :P
If I would point to something I would say that Forge Elementals get a higher duration by 10s for each quas level, also they get a higher attack range, which was nerfed on 6.80. Also Cold Snap with a higher duration is really nice.
Every invoker vid -comment section looks the same...50% are better than the dude in the vid, 40% complain about no mmr and 10% are happy with what they see...
Basically Wex Quas is a ganker build, good vs Low Mana Pool heroes. Exort Quas is more of a carry build. It's mostly determined by what you feel is best for the current game. What I found pretty interesting about this vid - this guy gone for maxing Quas first which helped him to use more spells after the tornado initiation (quas increases the lift time).
Ivan Julev i don't agree with you completely because the wex quas build has in my opinion more carry potential then export quas because with export quas most of the players buy items like scepter and refresher orb to be better in teamfights and with quas wex there is no need to buy that items and get damage items like desolator early on... You may have high attack damage with high leveled export orbs but with high wex and a item like desolator you have the same damage but much more attack speed...
Justin Kho Carry means a hero that needs enough farm and xp advantage, so he can have a big impact in late game, because he isn't useful in early... Invoker is a carry hero, but what he said about ganking isn't true. Quas, Wex is lately the best option to go since both EMP and Ghost Walk were buffed, now you steal mana with EMP while you also get free MS with GW, that's why now Quas-Wex is more used than Quas-Exort nowadays---
gomxnaster u've got it the other way around though QE needs more farm and xp to be effective, as QW only needs basic items and a few lvls to gank and be effective w/ EMP you don't really need mana sustaining items .
practice only invoker, go to lobby, find grimorum tutorials, practice, practice practice... give yourself two days in lobby in wtf mode with invoker, and you will missinvoke very rarely...

7 months ago. I'll still reply :D. So wex,exort or wexort for short is done when you're need of high dps output wex provides bonus attack speed while exort does damage. So its done against squishy heroes (Ex: Sniper,Sf etc). You should still have 1 level of quas early on for cold snap. You'll basically replace forge spirits with alacrity and finish him off with sunstrike. Be careful however you become squishy by using this build as you have no quas and quad is what gives invoker the required HP to survive. Get a good HP item. That's it ^^

why do you max quas first? i find 5 quas is enough tornado time to set up the 4 spell combo, 6 quas is only needed if you get the tornado off right next to them.
