Todd, I think the reason why these videos are so good is because of the current format. Not everything has to be 'prepared' and perfect like in a sitdown interview setting. The minimal editing and the angle makes it feels like I'm sitting in the room with you guys, participating in casual conversation. Keep making these please!

People should pay for their own meal. If you are invited to come help celebrate a friends day you should come prepared to pay for your own meal. If someone decides to pay for you that's a plus.
