Hoyo casually drops Khaenri'ah lore in a corner and act like nothing major happened
So the Crimson Moon Distity was implied to be King Irmin's linage and the founder of Khaenri'ah about 1800 years ago (Dragonspine notes about a NEW civilization created at that time ). So the Eclipse Dinsity is implied that have taken over by the Alberich's. it's not a perfect 1 to 1 but the Alberich's ruled during the Eclipse Dinsity during it's emnd days 500 years ago.
Perinheri is the new book in the game about Khaenri'ah lore story that Pierro tells Arlecchino to read.

All i can think of with the weapon lore is:
These are the tribes/dynasties under Khaenri'a;
Blackened sun - (as Island said) eclipse = Eclipse Dynasty/Tribe (Dain's side)
Crimson moon is obviously the crimson moon tribe
Ashened sun - ???
Also base on this does that mean that the crimson moon tribe is older than Dain's eclipse tribe? And they're the first one who have some disaster stuff and got destroyed before the cataclysm?**EDIT: Welp got my answer later on the vid whose tribe existed first hsgsgs
How hoyo just quietly drops mega lore during the driest patch of the game's history makes me wonder if they're doing this on purpose.

~500 years later. There's Peruere, descendant of (or at least related in some way to) the crimson moon people. She's orphan for some reason

Shes a descendant of the crimson moon dynasty, who simply lived in the shadows after the cataclysm, shes more comparable to someone like Kaeya, who's a descendant of the Alberich clam.

The mystery of how Arlecchino is a descendent of Crimson Moon is right there with the mystery of what's going on with Kaeya and how uncursed he's looking for an Alberich
All of that doesn't stop her from also being in her twenties

Is this Arlecchino lore?
its related to her character. It provides a background to her powers and where it stems from. Her character story 5 and especially her about arlecchino V voice line directly states why it relates to her and her origins. You can look that voice line up and you'll be left with the knowledge of knowing why shes so important and her connection to the crimson moon
