Nice vlog as always. I have been ruck walking for several years now and are up to 30lbs. I use an Osprey hiking backpack and stuff it with paperback books for weight. Really adds to effects of the walk. Having been born & raised in Boston, I enjoy any and all videos of the Boston area.
First if all: MORE BOSTON VLOGS PLZ!! loooved this one. Fav channel on youtube by far. And second: Be careful eating the canned tuna because of heavy metal toxins (mercury). Especially if you also consume salmon sometimes. I recently got my blood tested and had high mercury levels so now I cant eat either at all and Im sick from it :( my doctor said LESS than once a week for both salmon and tuna for people who dont have high levels
