Like when I’m on a trip or something, sometimes it can be uncomfortable because everything is unfamiliar but if you seek things out like getting food you like or whatever I guess that can be comforting. Hi Vera, love following your adventures, especially SFO. Like you, loving Merit face oil - my skin is so soft & glowing. As for inflammation, yup had that too. Went online & read inflammation is caused by sugar. Cutting out table sugar, honey, all fruits except berries, flour products like cookies, processed bars, cake etc made a huge difference in how I feel, sleep, & how I look. Cut a little at a time, you will be surprised at how much better you feel, & how much more energy you have. Another fun fact my doc told me: did you know B vitamins heal the body. Yes it’s true. And did you know just one tablespoon of sugar kills all the B vitamins in your body! That’s the fact that helped me understand inflammation. Take good care❤❤

But, I watched this video and a few others of yours and it all came together. You are so very similar to my daughter. You have a very similar outgoing personality and outlook. A habit that helps me hydrate first thing in the morning is not allowing myself to drink my cup of coffee until I’ve had at least one full cup of water 😊 it’s helped me a lot
