Gosh, I love listening to this so much. Thank you, ladies! I am so relating to this right now. A little over a year un carnivore, just turned 60, major childhood trauma that I am producing a film about. Yes, overachiever, actress, musician, Pilates, instructor. This is perfect timing to listen to this video as I am peeling back the layer and exposing so much more trauma than I ever remembered. As trauma. I I am in therapy now, as my film is based on the true story of my childhood trauma and my estrangement from my mother early on. Etc. thank you thank you thank you. This is just another piece of the puzzle. But I totally relate to the line, that I don’t see myself as a victim at all. In fact, I wore my Payne like a hero and was proud of the person I was and became in spite of all that happened to me as a child.

This conversation so hit home! I've been dealing with chronic inflammation for years and one of the big signs started with autoimmune from MS, and I had to get to the root cause and still trying to figure it out, it's tough healing the body when you deal with chronic inflammation and autoimmune conditions are definitely tied to fine tuning that issue. Definitely had to look into some childhood traumatic experiences that may be affecting me that I didn't realize either...🙏🏽💜

Okay, full disclosure. I did lsd and mushrooms several times in the 70’s as a teen. I actually think that helped me be a stronger person. My story is epic!

    Great info!
Also, if you’re in your late 30s to early 50s, perimenopause symptoms starts showing. Not enough awareness about the transitioning of 4-12 years before becoming fully menapause.
