    *White Sauce Chicken Cutlets*
    Ingredients:
    - 3 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
    - 1/2 capsicum, finely chopped
    - 1/2 carrot, finely chopped
    - 1 tbsp oil
    - 1 tbsp garlic paste
    - 1 small onion, chopped
    - 1 tsp salt
    - 1 tsp black pepper powder
    - 1 tsp chili flakes
    - 1 tsp oregano
    - 2 tbsp butter
    - 1 tbsp cooking oil
    - 1 tbsp flour
    - 1 cup milk
    - Cheddar cheese (or any preferred cheese)
    - 2-3 bread slices (for breadcrumbs)
    - 2 eggs (for egg wash)
    - Salt and red chili powder (for egg wash)
    Instructions:
    1. Prepare Chicken Filling:
    - Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
    - Add garlic paste and sauté.
    - Add chopped onion and sauté until golden.
    - Add chopped capsicum and carrot, sauté.
    - Mix in shredded chicken.
    - Season with salt, black pepper powder, chili flakes, and oregano. Set aside.
    2. Prepare White Sauce:
    - In a deep pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
    - Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix well.
    - Gradually add 1 cup of milk, stirring constantly.
    - Season with salt and black pepper powder.
    - Let it boil and thicken.
    3. Combine Chicken Filling and White Sauce:
    - Add the prepared white sauce to the chicken filling. Mix well.
    - Simmer for a few minutes, then remove from heat.
    - Mix in grated cheddar cheese. Let it cool down.
    4. Prepare Bread Crumbs and Egg Wash:
    - Grind 2-3 bread slices to make breadcrumbs.
    - Prepare an egg wash with 2 beaten eggs, salt, and red chili powder.
    5. Shape and Coat Cutlets:
    - Take a portion of the chicken filling and shape it into a cutlet.
    - Dip the cutlet in the egg wash, then coat it with breadcrumbs.
    - Repeat for all cutlets and let them rest for 15 minutes.
    6. Cooking Options:
    - *Air Fryer:* Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Brush the cutlets with oil and air fry for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
    - Shallow Frying: Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
