Like someone else said, All gymnastics TV, but qualifications are over now, so you have to get the Peacock app to watch the rest live. Women complete on the 4th at 1:30 Eastern time US. Just Google it. I don’t know where you live so it’s hard to say. This whole coverage thing has been a hot mess, really. NBC is airing the coverage on TV but not until like a week after it’s all over and everyone already knows who won. It’s just ridiculous how messy this is,as popular as this sport has become.
Also, plan ahead for the Olympics. You’ll want to do your research beforehand. If you are expecting live coverage on demand, then you are mistaken. I looked up all this 2 weeks ago so I could see it live. I understand it’s frustrating, but time difference in other parts of the world cause networks to push coverage to paid apps or alternate sources.
i can’t stop imagining if china had ONE gymnast just like cheng fei( amazing on vault and floor) they would be the only team to offer some kind of competition to usa this quad
With such a huge point differential it would have taken more than just having ONE gymnast who is very good on vault and floor to bridge that gap though. It is too much.
China will never contend for gold until they finally get away from the trend of looking for the smallest girls to be gymnasts. They have great capabilities on bars and beam but always lack in floor and vault. Until they stop following traditional protocols they have zero chance.
Gabby wouldn’t have stood a chance of making it. We have too many others with far greater difficulty for there to be a spot for her- considering the floor Olympic champion and reigning world vault champion didn’t make it along with the vault world silver medalist and the Olympic AA champion.
It’s refreshing. I pity the young ladies who are being kept out, but that country needs some serious punishment for its actions in the past few years- from the doping scandal to the war.

Romania didn’t qualify for the team final but they qualified on the top 12 so they’ll send a full team to the Olympics next year. Russia is due to return to competition next year as things stand.
