I have the exact same Washmachine. My favorite Cycles are the "Speedwash" and the 'extra Rinse' Cycle. Sometimes i use them together for smaller amounts of Laundry. The extra Rinse option is great to get the Smell of Bleach from my Laundry. (no need to wash it twice!) I push the extra Rinse options Twice sometimes, for bulkier, heavier items like Comforters or Pillows.

🤦🏻♂️ bedding, pillows, towels and underwear will NEVER go on cold wash. NEVER. Germs die only from a temperature of 60°C above, so that's hot water. In fact, clothes washed in 40°C water (warm) will only have 14% less germs than before washing! It's insane to think how dirty we actually are, even if we wash ourselves and our clothes all day long. I would never buy pillows, bedding or towels that won't survive a hot wash
Borax is an old-fashioned, commonly used cleaning additive to enhance the detergent’s performance. It is excellent for homes with hard water and very grimy laundry. I've used it with Tide Original powder and OxiClean versatile for six months with terrific success.
Sheep suffered if they're not sheared. They don't shed their wool and it gets too hot and heavy to survive in. Meanwhile, if it's being cut off an animal in quantity, it might as well be used to reduce consumption of even more resources to produce a plant based alternative. And when it breaks down it doesn't leave microparticals of plastic behind like other alternatives. Wool is good for sheep and good for the environment.

I use water resistant pillow cover with zipper
You should have the liquid cup in the dispenser, because otherwise little to none of the liquid detergent gets dispensed.
