El primer kusamono es una bomba de color, el segundo, con lavanda y, lo que parece un Sedum....hermoso. El paisaje con la piedra.....minimalista. Realmente, todos muy bonitos. Such colourful, amazing displays.....they should compliment the bonsai beautifully. I have quite a few Coprosma in my garden and enjoy them for their vibrant colour and flowers :)
@@ArkefthosBonsai I live in southern Tasmania where winter minimum temperatures are quite mild....may get down to 6C although we did get frosty mornings too. Coprosma are frost and drought hardy but don't like to be over-watered. Previously I lived in the ACT where winter temperatures can get down to -5C regularly and the coprosmas were ok. Given your proximity to the mountains I assume it snows there and temperatures fall well below zero??? Coleus on the other hand do not like the cold and prefer hotter conditions. Anything below zero will generally kill them. Hope this helps.

With your information, I know now, that Coprosma will be a greenhouse plant in winter and Coleus will be an indoor plant. Will look good for a few months inside. Thank you!
@@ArkefthosBonsai Glad to be of assistance. The south-eastern part of Tassie where I live is drier than the west coast and warmer than the mid and northern areas. Down south receives its coldest temperatures when it blows in from the Antarctic.
Very interesting! I have relatives in Melbourne, so I kinda know that the weather there will go freezing in winter, so I was expecting Tasmania, further south, to be colder. Anyway, that is my first experience with Coprosma, I love the plant, so I will preserve it in the greenhouse. We can get down to - 15 Celsius for an hour or two, in winter. Thank you for the information, priceless!
I don't know if you mean for these kusamono or in general with bonsai trees. For these kusamono, all of them, except the moss on the rock, are going straight in full sun, no matter if it is a heatwave or not, full sun. The mosses are always in shade, all day. Cheers!
Καλησπέρα και χρόνια πολλά. Πολύ όμορφα τα έργα σου. Θα ήθελα να σε ρωτήσω τι συνδυασμό χώματος χρησιμοποιείς στο kusamono με το σκορπίδι και πως καταφέρνεις να το διατηρείς. Το ποτίζεις με ψεκαστηράκι στα φύλλα του η το ποτίζεις και κανονικά? και αν το ποτίζεις υποθέτω οτι μόνο όταν στεγνώσει εντελώς το χώμα ή κάνω λάθος? Ρωτάω γιατί οσες φορές προσπάθησα να διατηρήσω σκορπίδι με τη λογική άλλων φτέρων δε τα κατάφερα.
Σε ευχαριστώ Άλεξ! Το ποτίζω κανονικά, όπως ένα μπονσαι, απλά το υπόστρωμα που χρησιμοποιώ είναι τελείως ανόργανο, στα 5mm διάμετρο, οπότε υπάρχει μόνιμα εξαιρετικός αερισμός στις ριζες. Νομίζω αυτό είναι το πιο σημαντικό. Επίσης είναι σε όσο περισσότερο ήλιο γίνεται. Δεν έχω κάποιο πρόβλημα με το είδος. Αν μείνει πολύ στεγνό χάνει κάποια παλιά φύλλα αλλά βγάζει νέα την άνοιξη. Τίποτα ιδιαίτερο. Επίσης έχω δει ακόμα καλύτερη εικόνα αν το pH του νερού είναι κοντά στο 7 και όχι πιο αλκαλικό.

Συνήθως χρησιμοποιώ ελαφρόπετρα ή λάβα σε συνδυασμό με τύρφη ή κοκοφοίνικα, ότι εχω διαθέσιμο κάθε φορά και δε ποτίζω ποτέ με νερό βρύσης. πάντα με ωσμωτικό νερό όταν έχω να κάνω με φτέρες και συνήθως με ψεκαστηράκι.
