The fact that Alfred not only came up with this on the spot, but said all of it without breaking character is legitimately impressive
Despite the fact that they had to pause the fandub for a bit because everyone was laughing so hard. Alfred remained in character the whole time

It very well could have been planned, the story goes that he'd only seen this cutscene one other time before this clip, so it's possible he knew the piss drrroplllets would hit the moon first.
They fan dubbed Sonics story first so Alfred already knew how this scene plays out from the first time, since this I believe is the Shadow playthrough theyre dubbing he has hindsight

I can't believe this was completely improvised without him breaking character or laughing once, this is without question one of my favorite videos on the internet
for this clip alone it is incredible, they broke script like 20 diffirent times in the original video

this was Alfred's (voice of Eggman) second time EVER seeing that cutscene, this was all unrehearsed, and made up entirely in response to Shadow saying "I peed on your wife, Robitnik. She's mine now," a thing he had no idea was going to be said. Real Time Fandub Games is a fucking gem.

It's simply that they don't have the L phoneme (nor the same R phoneme that we use for that matter) so they substitute them both for the closest approximation in their language, a consonant that resembles a rolled R that we choose to interpret as such when writing Japanese using the roman alphabet. In reality, Japanese people have a hard time pronouncing both Rs AND Ls, just like we speaking English have a hard time saying "Ryu" with one syllable, as it is in Japanese.

What's special about it is that this was the perfect culmination of the scenes that came before it and even being totally improvised it managed to wrap up all the joke threads into a single coherent tirade that's also a cathartic development for the character.
For 9 years olds it's funny in any context but it's satisfying AF on a craft and story level in-context.
I heard Alfred was put in the emergency room after this from the severe back pain of carrying that entire dub.
