This is gold. You have a lot of shorts on really unique movements and I think I struggle with understanding what the movement targets, why one might do it and how to integrate that into a complete workout. This brief explanation makes a massive difference to learn why you do what you do. Thank you :)
My man said “cul de sac squat” 🤭 1:38 Love your training style man. Just hit 40 and taking a more functional approach to fitness. You are making a difference. Keep up the good work brother.
Your best video to date and it's right on time cause I'm looking to focus on legs for a few weeks. Thank you for the consistency of your sharing workout ideas and thank you for continually getting better at how you share the workouts. Keep up the great work fam
I love your shorts and love that you also have videos! Youve been a huge help in my excercises by adding these small tweaks and things. Really appreciate all the hard work and dedication you have!
Love the vids man. Glad to see the channel growing little by little. Just hoping it explodes soon. The vids are a goldmine for everyone. Hitting a leg day today and I’ll be definitely hitting it hard. Cheers! Also you talk about flexibility. Was there anything you did to get your hips and Achilles flexible enough to hit those squat depths?
Thank you for this…legs are tough because I’m long legged lean muscle and don’t have a training partner. I bells I love over standard weights so I will do this tomorrow and incorporate into a daily leg regimen just change up the routine order.…grateful🙏🏿
I did this very workout (although a little less volume) since the very first sets of windmills noticed a huge restriction on both sides but mostly on my left, I have long way to go but I'll definitely keep doing this for the rest of the year thank you man 😊
Did the work out yesterday. I got that good soreness today lol. I’m always trying to do more complex exercises that I’m not ready for but this workout was perfect and hit all the angles. I hope you create more videos like this for other body parts and movements. Not sure how you structure your workouts though.
can this replace normal leg works out that are typically done with a squat rack? just wondering if i'm more focused on mobility and function vs. pure muscle strengthen etc that i can just do this instead of my normal leg workouts
Hi mate wondering if you have any tips on keeping your hands in good nick whilst constantly training kettlebells. I'm finding my hands are giving up way before my body does due to the weight or excercises etc. Cheers
Hey man, been watching your videos for a while, loving the technics, thank you so much for your knowledge. Could you do us a upper body and another one for core in a similar format as this video? Would appreciate that very much. Can i ask you... I only have 4 days in a row to work out (job 4 on 4 off on the road) so im trying to squeeze in upper body day 1, legs and core day 2 and repeat day 3 and 4... Do you reckon its the best way? Or should i do 4 full body work out with lower intensity?
Would really appreciate if you could start telling us which side we're supposed to be working when it comes to the single leg movements. I have a hard time isolating one side because I don't know which side it is that should be pushing through the load and which is just for balance/support
You embrace your core. It’s the same as if you’re doing a barbell back squat.. you don’t just push through one side… you push through the entirety of your core because it creates stability for your spine.
Hello my friend, could you recommend a site where I can order more kettlebells, as my current 16kg kettlebell is thick at the end of the handle and I have problems gripping there during some exercises. I saw that your kettlebells are consistently narrow. I have small hands btw.
Great content bro, just one question, when you wrpte down the single leg exercises you say 4x8 and 4x10 do you mean 2x8 and 2x10 on each leg or 4 sets on each leg per exercise with 8 sets in total?
@@Everygotdamndre okey bro thanks for clearing that up will for sure try this out, i've just finished a 12 week strength training program only focusing on heavy ass weight and progressive overload and barely any unilateral or mobility exercises and thought this might be my next move moving forward for a while especially since i feel stronger on one side than the other, great content found your channel through squatuniversity you're both putting out great information thanks bro!💪
Just as an observation, nothing to do with your exercises. Apartment floors aren’t really built to take the loads of that much weight. I’m speaking of all the KBs in one area.

Just finished this now after my routine and I love it!!

Hi, nice and easy run through thank you. Interested in full back and hamstring strength training. :)
Very dope! Keep these kind of videos coming!
The one exercise I never skip is Bulgarian Split Squat. That should be a staple in any leg day routine.
Absolutely GREAT video!! Thank You!
Thanks for sharing your approach and warm up, when do you include the double KB squat? You switch it out for the goblet squat?
Looking forward to more of this!
Very informative, thank you
New Sub. Loving your routines
Excellent! Will try
Awesome 👏
Thanks 🤗

What mat is this? Love it.
Really like to learn from you
Good job bro 👍🏾
what brand kettlebells you using guy?
How long do you usually rest between sets?

For your Cossack Squat, are you briefly sitting on the bench as you go down? Like down, touch and up?

Have we ever seen you do double front racked squats in your videos?

It’s always both sides

I will be talking more into depth with this on the next video
Who's training one side 😂😂😂
@@Everygotdamndre Of course. I meant, for example in a split stance movement, whether it's the front leg('s side) or the back? etc etc
Good 💰💰💰 Money

Hey loved it not seeing the link?
How tall are you and how much do you weigh if you don't mind me asking?
Can the kettlebells be replaced with dumbbells? It's all i have at home.
Yes
Thank you so much!! I can't wait to get started with your workout
What weight do you use for every exercise?
I Love You Man 🫂
Kickass
I think I could take this dude
You look like jacked version of Aljamain Sterling 🥊
Dude got some nice lips too
