Sometimes you’re having a bad day and nothing is going right I like to just sit back and watch one of your videos and I think about the future I’m going on a cruise and I start to feel better❤
Will definitely be watching the whole series. Will be on the Prima in March!! Can’t wait to board her. Wishing you both a Happy,Healthy and Prosperous New year!! 🎉🛳🎉🛳
That bag issue, is why I never only pack my husbands bag as his, and mine as mine. There is a mix of everything across both bags. I have seen many people get stuck on various lines (not just NCL LOL) without their bags ever showing up til the last few days of a seven nighter. Not sure how that even happens, but at least you are prepared this way and don't have to search for new clothing!
I like the design of the ship. It was very light and breezy looking. Also, really like the standing menu that they had. There were all kinds of things on there that I could go back night after night to try different menu items. Enjoy, and I can’t wait to watch the rest of your videos on this trip.
They didn't end up doing the Rumors show, sadly! We did get to see "Side A" and "Side B", which were the two different acoustic sets though... loved 'em both!! :D
5:30 It’s great that the desserts have a top shelf that is designed for Jay’s and Dee’s height! Fewer germs if you take yours from the level that many people can’t reach.
Woot some new adventures from Dee and Jay!! Wheee! So looking forward to seeing more, as we sail on the Prima in 61 days(that's February 19th for the math challenged crowd..LOL)!! :)
Granted, I'm new to cruising, but that room is the nicest non-balcony/premium/suite, etc room I've seen. That acoustic show is right up my alley...was it super crowded? The static menu would be fine for me for one cruise, but I could see it being tiresome if you were a frequent NCL cruiser. Thanks for the thorough vlogs you do!
Some of those venues are crazy small. Looked like less than 100 seats in the comedy club. I also dislike the static menu I think that is just a ploy to get you to do specialty dining out of boredom / lack of choice.
I mean, all the Breakaway class ships have those small venues like Syds. I don't know why so many people are surprised by it. What I really dislike is the closed off Atrium. One of the great things about the other ships is that it is fully open to the deck above and The Local has that rounded bar area you can sit at and see down to the atrium, including the band and the big screen. The Prima has some cool things, but I think I prefer the Breakaway Class.
Yay, a new PDJ series! That racetrack looks like fun! I have not heard of a dry drop slide before. I might be convinced to try that (if others did it too!) Merry Christmas!!
I’m not impressed with this ship yet but curious to see more of your impressions. I did NCL Joy last year when it was between a quarter and a third full and it was amazing. The service was sometimes overkill, I think due to boredom from some of the staff. 😅
I use those clear tag holders for a lot of things during travel - one is since the big C in 2020, I put a 2 sided typed paper with the city I am flying to and sure if it is because of that but never have had any lost luggage yet 😀 Happy Holidays 🌲
They’re part of the staff from what I understand, and members (or the entire group) might rotate in and out depending on how their contract runs, but the same concept is always there.
We were puzzled because we'd also heard there was a fee, but they were having technical difficulties. We ended up being able to play it later in the week and can confirm that there's no fee being charged as of right now. Strange!!
I was on Prima last week. Gotta say Indulge was NOT my favorite. Crowded. Noisy. Choices of good food not there. Loved the Local. Shows were awesome, Donna Summer, Noise Boys. Loved Le Bistro. Onda was a little skimpy on portion size, especially when paying extra. Service was good all but The Belvedere Bar lacked waiters for drinks. And it would have been nice to get served drinks around floor 8 lounge chairs. Having to walk into The Local to get a drink all greasy from sun tan oil not fun (plus having to wait in line). Couldn’t win if my life depended on it at the casino (wasted a lot of money in there). Ship was supposed to stop at Coastal Maya but they couldn’t because of weather.
Hi guys, I met you on the Beyond. I had just got married on board. That said I am wondering how the Prima and the Beyonce compare? Should I be looking into a Prima trip next year? Thanks, keep up the great videos! Shane and Gina
I loved the ship it is beautiful, but some venues we did not like metropolitain we did not like to mutch noise and the cigard smell no thanks. indulge we did for lunch and diner it was great but we diffinitly could feel the mouvement of the ship inside there. Food was very good
NCL $15 extra for prime rib! This is getting ridiculous! I get prices our going up on food, so increase the fair by a cpl dollars and offer it free. I understand for somethings some people want and others don't, you can charge and get away with instead of charging everyone. But when something has been offered for decades, it feels wrong to start charging.
Sadly, yes! Most anything with a full-body restraint like a go kart or roller coaster isn't my friend, due to being both large and tall. I'm working on the large bit by trying to stay active while cruising, cooking and eating healthy at home, and exercising with Dee when not editing videos, ha ha... it's been working so far and that scale keeps coming down!! :P ~Jay
Too choppy of design. Up down up down nahhh too many steps and stairs. Don't get a good vibe on this ship. Doesn't look too handicap accessible either.

Nice photos. Love you guys
Prima seems less impressive than the class before it (Encore, Breakaway, Etc). A bit strange. Looking forward to the Celebration vlogs!
Nice ship. Like the great informative signage everywhere and arrow on carpet. Music was awesome. Liked that menu was same every night.
Will definitely be watching the whole series. Will be on the Prima in March!! Can’t wait to board her. Wishing you both a Happy,Healthy and Prosperous New year!! 🎉🛳🎉🛳
7:41 u both ordered fish yiiipeeeee and Dees salad looks sooooooo good!!! 💫💫💫💫💫
Oh my!!! I’m loving this cabin.
That bag issue, is why I never only pack my husbands bag as his, and mine as mine. There is a mix of everything across both bags. Chicken Wings and and Darts!! That’s my kind of ship
Looking forward to this series.
Great video. Cool to see a slightly different room type, too. Thanks for hanging out that first night - had a blast!
Wow, what a view you got through the Observation Lounge window! Nice shot of the Carnival Spirit! Still not sure about Prima with the crowded venues.
I'd take creme brulee and lava cake any day before apple pie!
Love the shot of the Coast Guard base! :)
Hope you get to see that Fleetwood Mac tribute band and let us know what you think. The acoustic band was awesome.
They didn't end up doing the Rumors show, sadly! We did get to see "Side A" and "Side B", which were the two different acoustic sets though... loved 'em both!! :D

Long live the original Ghostbusters movie! And A Christmas Story movie! 🤣

Y’all need to buy a couple of AirTags to leave in your suitcases for all your travels. So easy to keep track of your bags!!
We actually do have them in our suitcases, which would have been a lifesaver if Dee's hadn't turned up there in the atrium, hah... love 'em!! :D ~Jay
Virgin uses those airline-type baggage tags too. I don't trust them, so I created my own luggage tag with the same info. 10/10 would do again!
Cant wait to see the rest of this Vlogs.
PS wow that terminal is a beauty

Good morning and Merry Christmas to ya'll and your family
IMO it looks a bit like the Star Wars Disney hotel...it is creative and lovely ...i do prefer the old world elegance of the smaller and older ships
Good video but I’m cracking up at 4:50 “Fragile, it’s Italian.”😂😂😂😂
I think they meant “Frag-ile: not easily broken.”
Is the band in Syd Normans part of the cruise staff or were they a visiting band? They sounded great! We're planning to cruise on Prima in 2024.
They’re part of the staff from what I understand, and members (or the entire group) might rotate in and out depending on how their contract runs, but the same concept is always there.
@@parodeejay Makes sense. Thanks!
I like BIG SuitCases an I cannot lie...
When are you two gonna get out of the US and do some Europe cruises? The US and Mexico have got to be pretty boring by now.
We had the Med booked for summer 2020, but that didn’t work out so well, ha ha… we’ll finally make it “across the pond” in 2023!! :P
Avery night we sat were you were to watch the show in the atrium so we never once abke to see the singer 🤣
Hope you liked it as much as I did.
I think someone said the mini golf had a fee at the beginning. But maybe they changed that? I enjoy your ship vlogs. Thanks.
We were puzzled because we'd also heard there was a fee, but they were having technical difficulties. We ended up being able to play it later in the week and can confirm that there's no fee being charged as of right now. Strange!!
I think Norwegian likes to play "chicken" with guests and see how much they can upcharge before they get flamed!🔥

Looks like a fun ship
Love your suitcase Dee! Did you get from Amazon? Glad you found it
It's a Ben Sherman brand, but we probably did get it on Amazon, actually!! :P
Hi guys, I met you on the Beyond. I had just got married on board. That said I am wondering how the Prima and the Beyonce compare? Should I be looking into a Prima trip next year? Thanks, keep up the great videos!
Shane and Gina
Heyo! Comparing Prima and Beyond is a tough one, but Beyond definitely came out the winner in our book, ha ha... hope you're doing well!! :D
Are you going to post vlogs from your 2-night cruise on the Carnival Spirit from Miami?
No, we didn't vlog that one. Took it as a work cruise to catch up on editing vlogs and travel agent-ing!! :P
How was your stateroom from a noise perspective?
It's a shame the venues on such a big ship like that, are small.
I loved the ship it is beautiful, but some venues we did not like metropolitain we did not like to mutch noise and the cigard smell no thanks. indulge we did for lunch and diner it was great but we diffinitly could feel the mouvement of the ship inside there. Food was very good
If anyone knows ,, how do you go from one cruise terminal to another for a ship to ship cruise, in port Canaveral?
Taxi or Uber/Lyft, most likely.
Happy holidays to both of you and the Prima has very small venues and not a lot of seating. Love you guys !🎉🎉🎉
So many vloggers have already covered this ship it seems old.
Very likely but many of us haven't seen those vlogs and every vloggers presentation is different.
Sorry but the venue layouts seem small and awkward
J are you oversized for the slides and go karts?
:P ~Jay

Morning You Two. This is going to be a fun series. woot. socks for all.
