Was on Seaside in June, I had a great time. Beautiful ship, very stable, we dodged a hurricane with no rocking at all. MSC has some things they could work on but hard to complain when their prices are so affordable.
I was sooooo excited to actually see you on Ocean Cay!!! You were gracious enough to let me take a selfie with you. Love your channels. Thanks for being so kind.
Been on the seaside a couple times and really like MSC. Have cruises booked on the Seashore that’s replacing Seaside in 2024 . But this weekend heading to the carnival vista to do Aruba and more then to Alaska for a month with daughter and family till end of first week of January. Hot first then below zero for a month , then back to Florida to thaw out
That pistachio dacquoise is my favorite cruise dessert ever! The ship didn’t seem overly crowded. I wish they would leave a few loungers out by the decks at night.
The ship looks nice. I'm with you on the warm weather. I'd rather it not be too warm. Mild, yes, hot...heck no! lol One thing I like is if the ship has a shower in it's own room apart for the toilet and sink. I'd rather have that than a closet. Maybe that's just me. Especially if there is more than 2 people sharing a room.
I am glad you are reviewing this cruise, I have been leery of MSC after all the bad reviews, but I would really love to try it, and the prices are right!
Driving through the toll highway in Orlando was the most harrowing drive I've ever navigated. I had to kiss the ground after sliding out from behind the wheel. The drive to Port Canaveral the next day was a piece of cake! Glad you folks are back! What a beautiful room!!! Wowsers.
I am curious to see the rest of this series. I was on the Scarlet Lady during part of this time and the seas were so ROUGH. We ended up skipping ports.
We were on the seaside about a month before you, we also bid on an upgrade, and got put into the yacht club. I’m not sure I can ever sail again without doing a yacht club experience. Your own personal Butler, private, dining room, private pool and sundeck, express entrance and exit to, and from the ship, reserved, seating in the main showroom, drink package, premium Wi-Fi, private, beach, and restaurant on Ocean Cay as well . It was absolutely amazing, I hope you get to experience that someday.
So far so good. It's extremely durable I have just the carryon size and it fits quite a lot. I've definitely packed it to it's limit. The wheels are durable even in the streets of Portugal and the cobblestones it was amazing. I love it. Highly recommend.
We each have a Monos too. We have the carry-on plus size. It fits a lot, rolls so easy, and are not too heavy on their on. They fit in the overhead for carry-on. I also have their packing cubes. They are nicely made and are made to fit like a puzzle. They are a bit pricey, but worth it.
@@laurahughes628 thanks for the info. I hope to get both the carryon and the packing cubes. I wish the shipping charge to Honolulu was cheaper or that Nordstrom carried the Magnolia colors. I’m going to Vancouver in May so I hope to pick them up from their brick and mortar store.
Yeah...Laura and Ricky are back!! 🎉 Love seeing their Dinner Heads! The 1st video I watched of ParoDeeJay all those years ago was your Grandeur of the Seas series!
@ParoDeeJay - when you did your 2021 video about the difference in the "experience" packages, it said Aurea came with an unlimited drinks package. I am not seeing that it says that on their website now. If it does, I would try and "bid up" to that level. Any idea on an authoritative link to their site explaining exactly what we would get if we "bid up"?
@@parodeejay - yeah, lame. Fer sher dude. We're getting on Seashore for March 3-10. Lots of people on the FB page are saying they are bidding minimums and getting it. We'll probably just pass. If by chance you guys are sailing that one, I will buy you a drink!
Okay don't take this wrong. I now can't stand you guys. All I can hear since I watched this video is the song all I want for Christmas is a hippopotamus😂😂😂😂😂
It is a premium cabin, yacht club is equivalent to suites on other lines this is comparable to like a concierge level room on other ships so it isn’t suppose to be as fancy as “suites” on other lines
@@debbiegibson3604I understand, I think the rooms on MSC can be slightly smaller than Royal or Celebrity depending on category, definitely bigger than virgin voyages and NCL’s middle aged to older ships

We did the same bid, stayed in 12001 cabin and we had a great time on the Seaside, wonderful time in the spa

RICKY & LAURA! I love Seaside, I've been waiting for you guys to sail her.
😊

So happy for new episodes! I missed seeing you while drinking my morning coffee❤
Yay for Ricky and Laura!!
Awww, thanks 😊
Good to see you with Ricky and Laura again!!

Really missed you guys! Glad to see this this morning!
Ship is huge!
Your balcony is literally PERFECT for watching the Lighthouse Light Show! 😃

Great video!❤️🦩⚓️🛳️
Great Video
Good to see you guys
Regardless of what ship you were on , I enjoyed the vlog. Lol. Can’t wait to see the vlog from their private island!
When I first when on MSC they booked me to a whirlpool cabin to the back which is better. Less wind.
Always enjoy when you cruise with Ricky and Laura
You guys are actually on the first ship I ever cruised 🤯.
Yay!!! I’m so excited for some fun in the sun!!!
I am curious to see the rest of this series. I was on the Scarlet Lady during part of this time and the seas were so ROUGH. We ended up skipping ports.
I use go Port Canaveral every time I cruise out of port canaveral. I have never had a bad experience with them.

We’ve done Yacht Club twice and it was amaaaaazing! Glad to hear you had a great time!! :D
Hi, I think I saw you had a monos carry on. I’ve been wanting one, how do you like it?

Oh my! Thanks. That was a fun cruise too, but we just about thirsted to death. Lol
Love those 2 ports
YOUR OWN HOT TUB!!!
I love GoPort fly snooze cruise
Omg it looks like everyone would see you in your balcony tub! 😬
Still can’t believe that we didn’t manage to meet you guys on this cruise 😔🙁
Thats a great room
So great to see Laura and Ricki again 😊
Thanks!
Your videos are never long enough especially when we haven’t seen you in FOREVER! ❤😊
I was so excited to see Ricky and Laura. Do they have their own utube channel?
Ah, they do not!!

Apparently that's changed since then, yes. They seem to have removed the drink package from the Aurea experience. Laaame!! :P

Good morning!
Just a note - your description says Seascape instead of Seaside (which you have correct on the thumbnail)
I noticed that as well. However, our cruise director on the Seaside was different.
Ohhhh, that’s funny! I’ll have to fix that. Thankee!! :P
I'm so glad Ricky and Laura got to travel with you both❤ love you both very much❤
Thanks! We love traveling with them.
Please show breakfasts at hotels too
How do you bid to upgrade your room?
We received an email a month or so before the cruise to submit upgrade offers.
Okay don't take this wrong. I now can't stand you guys. All I can hear since I watched this video is the song all I want for Christmas is a hippopotamus😂😂😂😂😂
Who’s your cruise director
Benny!!
Please comment on your experience of number of languages announcements are delivered in.
Just English and Spanish on this sailing, much like Freedom Of The Seas that we’re currently on!!
Couch looked really stained uhhh
You’ve been missed…
If that's a premium cabin, I'd hate to see a regular cabin.

I actually meant that it seemed small when Jay said it was twice the size of a regular cabin. Maybe I misunderstood.@@adamp2384
