The tag is allowed to be vertical but it must read from top down his red for bottom up which way does your tag face? So the situation is you cannot cite without an official warning for this offense since the ticket is over a thousand dollars. This was the warning and he was actually stopped about three weeks later and issued the full citation since he still had not corrected it.
The biker was afraid. Reminded me of a small dog barking to seem big and tough. Poor guy will eventually behave like that to somebody who isn't a cop and have to accept the repercussions.

I ride motorcycles, many bikers have their plates sitting the same way. I’ve been warned numerous times. Been given tickets for everything but those plates.
Those charges would absolutely stick in court there’s video video evidence. He didn’t write the ticket because he said he wasn’t going to and he’s actually a man of his word and kept it. The tag is allowed to be vertical but it must read from top down his red for bottom up which way does your tag face? Maybe it’s actually facing the right way which is why you never got a ticket for that particular thing. Stop your crying you’re not nearly as a cool as you think you are

My disappointment is either the cops for NOT issuing a citation. He now knows he can be incredibly loud, verbally abusive and cause a big scene an it will work. Ridiculous! Do the job without fear!
So the situation is you cannot cite without an official warning for this offense since the ticket is over a thousand dollars. This was the warning and he was actually stopped about three weeks later and issued the full citation since he still had not corrected it.
The biker was afraid. Reminded me of a small dog barking to seem big and tough. Poor guy will eventually behave like that to somebody who isn't a cop and have to accept the repercussions.
