I m from Goa India ,Goa was ruled by Portuguese for nearly 472 years we got independence in 1961 so my grandparents can apply for Portuguese citizenship card and Portuguese passport so that's how I got after registering my parents marriage,now I work in Netherlands I have The BSN number and I pay tax in Netherlands,but my online bank account Revolut says it needs nif number i applied nif and i paid 108€ it failed because i dont have utility bills and there as i am not born in Portugal and i don't own any property I live on rent in Netherlands so I'm how would I show proof of electricity bill or utility bill as I don't own any property
