Mantooth made Emergency a success
His character was very profesional when on a rescue call but otherwise somewhat of a goof ball. lol
You are wrong. All the other actors as well as Mantooth made Emergency what it was.
Ah, the shtick was alive and well on this show, and you can tell how much Randy loves it.
I love Randy Mantooth! and what makes him EVEN BETTER is the Project 51 thing he does. Love you, Randy!!! :)
Wow, he looks great in this!
The real foul-up here is that it was not an 'elastic bandage', it was a girdle.
I loved the bloopers. I about died lol wish someone would post more of the show than musical ones
I LOVED both shows
Still love show
OMG, these clips are hystericle!!
Betcha that most of the foul ups were caused by the cast wrapping their tongues around the complicated terminology. ;-D
ABC's version of "TV's Bloopers and Practical Jokes".
this is so awesome! thank u 4 uploading!
That’s so funny
Yeah. That ain’t a “rug” Steve. 🤪
@msannomalley Oh thank you very much for this info! I only gussed from his hair cut, that this is from the early 80s.
Even real life firefighters commit foul-ups! 👨🚒👩🚒
I love TV firemen paramedics and TV Policemen
@johnnyafairbanksak Ah, didn't know the special came first. You're SO right, Ed & Dick can't be touched. They were the Masters of it. :)
@CadillacL Actually, the Bloopers specials came first in 1982; but Steve Lawrence and Don Rickles couldn't hold a candle to Dick and Ed, which was why Foul-Ups was short-lived. At least they gave us bloopers from Star Trek (the original series) for the first time.
We have a doctor on the phone suffering a rectal/cranial inversion.
@SissieBelle1 Don´t worry SissieBelle :) Randy did quit smoking a long time ago!
Show just like Dick Clark/Ed McMahon's "TV Bloopers & Practical Jokes".
Actually, in that scene, it may have been a pen that John Gage was holding. Sometimes, paramedics do have to carry around pens on various rescues.
Believe it or not, Johnny Gage's pen was green.
If this seems late, my apologies. But African American trailblazing actress Cicely Tyson has died. She was 96 years old. She once guest-starred on, "Emergency!" When I remembered that, I immediately thought about you. So I figured I should let you know. I hope you're alright.
Any more eps of this?
I loved this show back in the day. Sure predates most of the "bloopers" shows. I think this was b-4 even Tv Bloopers (Dick Clark & Ed McMahon)
Came on at the same time.
It was not on before TV's bloopers & practical jokes. It was a response to that show.
This was from 1984.
anyone has the ending to the show or the ???
@TheGamergirl777 I would say its from 1981.
@ClassicsWEREandARE Hi! An apple with an worm in it :)
No he is not smoking....in emergency. What still pic at 3:19?
hey, George Burns lived to be 100 and he smoked.

I
didnt man tooth go through an ego out of control period ?
Acting like mouth to mouth resuscitation is like kissing is no joking matter, as real medical personnel will inform people.
