Wow really? It’s crazy how the value of things are skyrocketing!! Hawaii is just gold❤️ such a special piece of the earth. I’ve been to all the islands and fell in love with each one for different reasons. The culture, the spirit, the people and the ocean life there is indescribable I can’t put into words. I believe in many parts of California (SF Bay Area, Los Angeles Area, San Diego Area, etc) this house would be going for even more than that. I can tell you that in a city like San Jose, CA, this house would probably be approaching $2 million if not more.
You are absolutely 100% correct I lived in CA for 30 years I know that market well. I believe it will be the same story for Las Vegas in the next 5 years. The growth here is incredible with movie studios etc….. CA is building Las Vegas as the next CA, I would jump in sooner than later 😊👍

We have next to NO HUMIDITY usually the highest index I’ve seen in the summer is 9% you don’t even know humidity exists, 300+ beautiful sunny days, no snow to shovel but you can drive to it from just about anywhere in about one hour😊 Winter months definitely chilly but sun is still out people are always outside…. Hi Claudia don’t like it there? This home was next to brand new communities in the millions that were gated. This area of NW is beautiful and has breathtaking views of the mountains. I understand what you are saying though just like anywhere it also has areas that are much less desirable , do you have a favorite area! 😊

Las Vegas is definitely changing, businesses are loving it here, transportation is getting connected from CA easier, tons of entertainment as well which is making housing crazy expensive. Put that together with no natural disasters, low home maintenance and taxes it’s soon to be the next CA along with its prices. No beach here but I’m sure there will be a man made one soon like in Dubai🤣 but it’s not for everyone!! If you’re looking for the beaches of Florida for example you certainly won’t find it here sadly.

In 2011 I paid $430,000 for a 3/2.5 1650sq feet on less than 4,000 sq ft lot(Hawaii)…this house is twice as nice and would sell for a million plus 🤓

Too many clueless people commenting on these type of videos…maybe 180k back in 2010….we are in 2024!!! Anything in the 400k-450k range sells quickly.
