I set up my weather station with my altitude, but the relative pressure reading is consistently about 5 hPa higher than that given on the official maps for the area. Is there any way to adjust the relative pressure reading so that it's 5 hPa lower and therefore consistent with the official readings in the area?
Hi Brett, Thanks for your question. You should be able to set an offset for relative pressure under the advanced settings in the web interface. See page 11 of the user guide linked below for detailed instructions. If you get stuck, please feel free to contact one of our scientists, call 1300 737 871 or email customer-service@instrumentchoice.com.au. Thanks! Hi, is it possible to change the time of the 24hr rain measure. Currently it is measured midnight to midnight, I would like to change it to 9am to 9am as this would make it easier to manually record and the weather bureau also measures in this time period, thanks, Ben
Hi Ben, Thank you for your question on the IC-XC0436. With this, unfortunately there isn’t a way that this can be changed on the console at this time to allow for this. You will only be able to do a midnight to midnight rainfall on this particular station.
Unless you desperately NEED the clock to be right, just set the clock in the unit to show midnight when it is actually 09:00. i.e. 15 hours ahead or 9 hours behind.

Hi, do you know what the battery life of the 5 in 1 sensor is with a fresh set of lithium batteries?
Thank you for your UA-cam question, with regards to this, the batteries will typically last approximately 12 months once replaced.

Ok, thanks

Very poor video quality and explanation, hard to follow; not much useful.
Hi Jashim, thanks for your feedback, we will look at how we can improve future videos. It is appreciated.
