thanks so much for the very beautiful camera work, it truly was great weather for you to be out there filming and kayaking. Am stuck in the city for the present, so this is my ''time out'' moment!
My wife and I were just discussing what the fishing would be like on the first 2 ponds you stayed at then we stumbled upon this video. We are planning a similar trip this summer.
The fishing was kind of slow, but last year fishing was slow everywhere for me. I caught a few nice ones, so I know there's fish in there. It's a beautiful place, plenty to explore. The hardest part for me is planning a route, there's so much to choose from. Thanks for checking out the video, safe travels!
Thanks for the memories ... I am enjoying your vids. Spent a couple Fall weeks Trekking that area 2005 or so. There was a fair log bed to pass by the stone wall and knee deep can be there, but it looks like some rains preceded you guys ... The Adventure.
Thanks for sharing your canoe trip. I have to plan a trip to the Adirondacks again. There is no better way to relax than in the outdoors. Your tough journey into the back country guarantees solitude. My favorite trips are to paddle in and set up a base camp and then explore the area. I like to bring in a healthy food supply which means heavy packs. So using a base camp approach to exploring works best for me Cheers
I just recently came across your channel and this is the first video of yours I’ve watched. It was really enjoyable and made me miss my years of living inside the blue line. I was over on the east side (my old stomping grounds was the area between exits 21-34 off the Northway) and never did much on ponds but I spent a lot of time on the lakes and rivers. I’m looking forward to catching up on your past videos and I look forward to what you have planned for the future.
Thanks for checking out my channel, much appreciated! I used to live in the Adirondacks in cranberry lake when I was younger, I love it up there. I plan to move back up there or Vermont/ New Hampshire. I love the north country, and getting into canoe camping/fishing has gotten me wanting more, but it's 3 hours minimum for me to get up there for now. Glad you enjoyed the video, take care!
I love this pan, I got it at an antique store. It's a cold-handle style frying pan, 6 inch diameter and about half a pound I'd say. I season it like a cast iron pan, cooks great.
I don't give exact locations to remote ponds. I would suggest getting the adirondacks paddlers map, and go on the nys dec website for info on remote ponds. Half the fun of exploring these places is finding them on your own. Thanks for checking out my videos, I appreciate it

I also spent quite a bit of my life in the area around Middlebury Vermont and I miss it very much.
I can't believe your dog is so clam on that canoe.
He loves being out on the water, he gets so relaxed he usually falls asleep after a little while. Thanks for checking out the video!
what kind of fry pan is that? looks perfect...Weight And size??

Would like to see more of Tracy and the dog besides the back of their heads, lol and you for that matter. Make it a little more personalized
