Had to be a backyard garage/living room/kitchen build. labor of love doesn't pay the bills for a shop, and you never get back what you put in.
I have an 02 myself, that I did a frame up rebuild on. converted the trans to a 6 speed from a donor 97. Great bike.
Wow... Home Run on this bike. I purchased an 02 model new along with a big wheel 85 for me & my son to ride. Our memories are priceless. Honda quality, Honda guaranteed fun... Good job guys. Home Run on this and all the other bikes you’ve retorted.

I owned a 2003 CR125R. I had it punched to 139cc’s and ported for mid to top rpm power by Eric Gorr, and I installed a Bill’s Pipes nickel plated expansion chamber (remember those?). I also installed a Boyeson Rad Valve reed block. These bikes made you feel like Superman! I wish I still had it, of course…

I got a 2002 Honda sky SGX 50cc. It runs like dream. Not quite as fast as this one but it allows me to dream bigger.

Does anybody know where I can find a cdi for my 2002 cr125? I’ve been looking everywhere.
Well I get excited when SR. Gets on a cr 125. But I was more excited that he was able to put the bike on the stand by himself.. still a left hand mic toss catch. But he looks to be on the road to recovery. It hurts to see you banged up.

Cera coat looks good but man is it a process to do yourself
I’m not trying to be a dick or anything, the bike is absolutely bad ass, but why do all that to it, and leave that dinged to hell pipe on it? This is pretty much no expense spared bike, and looks beyond great, but that pipe really sticks out because the rest of it is so damn perfect.

If they made a 2021 cr125r, it would be a refined engine based off of the 2004 electric servo valve cylinder.
