    Just FYI, POM is not the same as Nylon. Nylon is a brand name for Polyamide, PA for short. POM is short for Polyoxymethylene.
    This part is probably POM, it is often used for these kind of applications as it is ‘self-lubricating’.

    Anyway, I want to say I really like your videos. They’re a bit like ASMR to me

    I have teflon balls, I bought them from Ali. They are soft and tend to leave teflon dust behind as you slide. They were expensive too, but they work nice on some sliders. I think the dust is them wearing out, so they prob won't last long. I haven't used them in a slider long enough for that theory to be proven.
