For me the best feature is the reversible dinette seat so you have extra seating in the saloon when you need it without the dinette just sitting there taking up unused space. Brilliant.
Depending on how old you are (and your picture implies this advice woudl not work): Not buying a lottery ticket once a week is a saving of say three pounds. That is 150 pounds per year. In 30 years, if you put that money in a jar, you have 4500 pounds. If you put the money to work on the stock market, in an index fund, the first years 150 £ would be (at 5% average increase in value, which is low historically) 600£. You should have at least 9000 £ to spend, or more likey 2-3 times that. Now do the same with you weekly pub crawl (clocking in at 20£ every week or 1000£ per year) and you would have a few hundred thousand pounds to spare. All of this assuming that: a) You are not spending this money on anything else but actually save for retirement b) Can afford these spendings with your current income. Given that a bespoke narrowboat like this one, new, will only set you back £100 000 to £150 000 a 20-year old with any kind of job that actually supports their basic living costs (including the basic luxuries like the occasional restaurant visit or a fancy home meal for special occasions). And if you do not make even that kind of money, why are you buying the lottery ticket instead of the ingredients for bread that will last you a month (if you live alone)? Sure, kids will ruin your economy, as will expensive living, a bigger or faster car (especially if you live where you can do without a car most of the time so rental is a better option), but these are all choices you make. Four years ago I could have bought one of these outright, but I lost my job, got into a depression and have lived off those savings since then and they could last another 2-3 years unless I get my life together again. So shit happens, it happens to everyone, but if shit does not happen, you have no excuse for not saving for the things you want.
Love the fitout. Nice to see a proper sink and cooktop in the galley. If i was buying, I wouldn’t want to love with camping/caravan style fittings and appliances
The interior is beautiful and the paint work looks nice however it would be nice to see the decks and the paint from a little further out. On the next ones could you show the engine compartment and the deck layout please.
Hi there, just happened to drop on your channel.. I felt compelled to comment and say this NB looks absolutely stunning, If this is the standard you work to you should be very proud. Regards Steve
Here's an idea for controlling bow thrusters. Have a mechanical/electrical device at the tillers base (above or below decking) so when turning, the bow thruster will assist in a turn, ie: sharper the turn higher the thrust. Also have a hand grip like a motorcycle throttle for opposite thrust for docking or whenever you need to go sideways (switch on throttle only). On the hand grip there would be switches for thrusters on/off, throttle only (overrides tiller assist) and maybe the horn? ;-)
The controls for the bow thruster are within easy reach of the tiller, although the boats are now full of technology sometimes you still need to bear in mind the KIS principle👍

Thanks for the feedback - all the boats are bespoke built to the customers requirements. Not all customers spend a great deal of time watching TV so don't want to redesign their boat for something that isn't that important to them.
That wine rack/bottle storage was a bloody good idea. Lovely boat.
Love the reverse layout, and the level of finishes is top tier. Lovely boat.
Nice clean lines inside. I like very much. Best, Pete
Love the light wood makes it very airy and inviting. Well done!
I wish we had these boats and that lifestyle in the US.
Yes - it would certainly open up another market for us! Although the haulage would be a tad expensive!!
Do it and build one will be interesting
0:07 nice sign-writing. It's a great 3D effect.
Thats a stunning boat
Just beautiful, very well done.
Very nice... I like the layout. The stern is fantastic!

I think this the best I’ve seen so far...now where’s my piggy bank?
Just WOW!! Stunning piece of work, unfortunately I’ve forgotten to win the lotto again 😩😩
You must try harder

Thank you so much Steve, thats very kind of you to take the time to reply and say so. Much appreciated.
I think I'm in love.
Nicest Narrowboat yet!
Stunning:-)
Wow, quickly having a peek on my bank account....
I'm afraid i have to add some more savings ... more of these video's please !
A new boat has been launched recently we'll be adding another video shortly. Thanks
Great looking workmanship, but why are the knobs, on the doors, under the TV different coloUrs?
Hi Andrew all the knobs on all the doors are different colours, it was want the owner wanted. Thanks
Just caught your video ‘from Australia’
Is it electrically powered? if so it is fab.

What are those grey round things that look like toilet seats?
They fit in the portholes to block out light. Don't know what they are called...
Porthole Bungs - its instead of having a curtain or roman blind. Everyday is a school day!
What is the name of guitar tune playing in background?
Fresh Fallen Snow By Chris Haugen
I've had a number of emails about that very subject looks like Anton has provided the information. Thanks
@@antonmcgready9285 thank you for answering... beautiful tune

I get they are trying to show the beauty of the boat but it seems like maybe a minute or so should have been about the propulsion system.
This is a diesel engine powered boat - but thanks for the feedback I'll include more of the engine bay on the next video. Thanks
It's nice but that tv is badly placed. It needs to be somewhere pointing lengthways down the boat, not sideways a foot from the couch.
