- Hi! I'm Monica Zielinski, a Polish-American living in Warsaw, Poland. In this video, I ask my good friend and fellow Polish-American, Alex Nowakowski, why she loves Warsaw. This is also a mini vlog which shows the city's Old Town and my personal views on the capital of Poland.

I'm a swiss guy. I used to work in the Swiss Embassy in 88'. so that I could see the incredible evolution of Warsaw. Warsaw has become my favourite city in Europe, I think just a unic city due to its (tragical) History, which is nowadays part of its architecture. Very diversified city, the old city (the most frequented part), the center, the most modern part (Wola) with everytime more new skyscrapers, and Praga, the most authentic one. A lot of wonderful parcs, a lot of recent old factories which have been transformed into just amazing post modern sport (Hala Koszyki / Elektrownia / Browary / Norblin / Praski Koneser), changing in a very high tempo. Probably no other european capital got such big changes during the last 3 decades. Wonderful people, very tasty gastronomy, safe and clean country........Varso....VIIIIIIIIIE !
Thank you my friend, all you say is true and international geopolitics says Poland is strongest from one thousand year at this point now. Love what you say about Warsaw because town was burn to ground. Wish you many god visits in Poland.

You said a lot of accurate things about Warsaw. The problem is that there are no Swiss. There are Swiss Germans, Swiss Italians and Swiss French. You never created the nation of Swiss.
