This video was sooo funny. I had no idea what "layers" were until I saw the feet lol. AND, I guess adding seasoning towards the end of cooking curry is new to me as well. I will try it out.
Love your cooking guys, delicious curry or bhunjay. I didn't know you trini say surwa as well, I thought was only Guyanese call gravy/surwa.I don't like too much watery surwa. Thanks Chef for sharing all your yummy food. I just discover your videos. Love it.
Jas another great vlog! Love how big man add the rest of the seasoning at the end that’s new for me! You all are funny together! Take up that guy from las cuavas offer with the wok! Sound interesting!

When I watch YTs based outside my locale, I always wonder if there's any point to video sponsors that aren't distributing in my region. But I'll tell you what, I found a small (and exceptionally rare) Caribbean market that carried Chief spices, and I bought it JUST because Chef Jason got it in his hand here. I need some of that "cooking under the mango tree" feeling in my curry lol!
Naaaahhhh Bro!!!! I live in Oklahoma City, and I get all the stuff to cook Trini food every day. If ever you're in Oklahoma City or close to it contact me, and I'll show you. Better yet I'll cook you the best Trini food ever.
