I do and dont have sympathy for her, let me explain. The fact she was pushed so hard by her mother and Abby in dance moms the in turn was made into an "icon" with the flashy colors, the bows, and the loudly girly personality. She was a brand and she was the face and had to maintain a certian image at all times. Being stuck in that box may have made her feel trapped and supressed her own personal growth. This can explain her now doing a full 180 and acting like an edgy teen. She finally feels free to express herself and yes its quite cringey but abuse and control can make people act out in strange ways it screws with your brain. But on the other hand, she is now continuing the cycle of abuse, being exactly like her abusers. Shes treating other young girls like sh*t for her own benifit and supporting other people who also abuse children. Maybe one day when she can see clearly, she will realize how wrong her actions are but only time will tell.

I do and dont have sympathy for her, let me explain. The fact she was pushed so hard by her mother and Abby in dance moms the in turn was made into an "icon" with the flashy colors, the bows, and the loudly girly personality. She was a brand and she was the face and had to maintain a certian image at all times. Being stuck in that box may have made her feel trapped and supressed her own personal growth. This can explain her now doing a full 180 and acting like an edgy teen. She finally feels free to express herself and yes its quite cringey but abuse and control can make people act out in strange ways it screws with your brain. But on the other hand, she is now continuing the cycle of abuse, being exactly like her abusers. Shes treating other young girls like sh*t for her own benifit and supporting other people who also abuse children. Maybe one day when she can see clearly, she will realize how wrong her actions are but only time will tell.
