Kolin AC F2 Error Code, What does this mean?

So when i open the airconditioning unit, the compressor won't start and it keeps making weird noises when its trying to.
The model of the AC is: KAG-210RS

Update: We had this AC checked. Suprisingly, the technician said that its the temperature sensor that was faulty. Now, This AC is up and running.
