To those who criticized this video… either scroll on by or make your own videos… none of us care about your criticism.
I love trying new recipes and wanted to try yours. However, I kept falling asleep. Your voice is very soothing and the music is lovely. It's really not necessary to show every step over and over.
I have terrible Anxiety and listening to her soothing voice and soft music and watching her cut and mix everything takes my anxiety down and I appreciate that. Too many people are in a rush and while I get it I find it very rude reading these comments. First off.. no one’s is MAKING you watch this. And secondly there are other channels where pots are clanging and music is blaring and outside noises are coming through. I want non chaotic stuff. I’m trying to escape the loud noise and these videos are my go to !!!!
I made this for guests and they raved about how good it was. I have been cooking for years and I learned some new tricks that helped. I chopped and grated everything ahead of time and then assembled the casserole. It didn't take a lot of bowls or pans. I washed as I went. Thank you for posting this awesome casserole. I loved it and so did my guests. I'm 65 years old and I had no problem making it.
Looks good but very fattening. It does look wholesome and comforting. I enjoyed listening to your pleasant voice. I think there could be lots of variations used for the basic concept.
Thank you so much for the soft music, your calm voice, and the slow technique you chose to display. It is quite refreshing to watch your video without the jokes, sharp personalities, and rushed approaches; most use today. Again, thank you.
My thoughts and prayers 🙏 are with you. My son became homeless. I brought him home, but it was too late. Because of the open borders he was given fentanyl by one of the dealers that was Venezuelan. He o'd May 25th of last year. I am so sorry that the money that can go to help you is given to people that have come into our country illegally. Especially if you are in a state like California. May you find love, peace, and healing.
Honestly, before I watched the whole video, I knew that this was not something I would normally cook. but listening to your soothing voice and relaxing music. I'm actually going to try it just because I loved your video so much. Bravo! You are actually making me try a dish I would never normally cook.😊❤
I love casseroles. This is nice to watch. Many go to places, just watch so they can be mean and put people down. It makes them bigger and better about themselves when they believe they are making you feel smaller. What a terrible way to live.
People stop complaining. It states her kids ask her to make it everyday and the casserole has a picture at the beginning. If you can't say anything nice the shut up!! I think this will be delicious to try.
It helps this person to make better videos if one explains what would make it better. I don't like videos that waste time getting to the point. Not only should there be a picture, but the name of the dish.
Speed up your video and your viewership will increase a thousand fold. This is not a complaint but a suggestion for consideration of better time management of your viewers.
Rudeness is not necessary. Better time management will increase her viewers for those who like her recipes but don't have a lot of time. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar! If you can't be nice, be kind!!!
spoke softly? Did you not notice - It is a AI voice generated? Like Duh...Are you daft? So easily to be conned are the easily convinced. This woman is NO martar. She owns about 20 other YT channels and some of them of are VERY sexually suggestive content are better left on on a paid only fans channel. And my 12 year old saw some of her content! She is lucky that I was not standing beside her, else she would of got a wallop. Will she charge me for this? I would like to see her do this. The woman, whatever her name, is NOT telling you the truth. She is very lucky she is not beside me else she would be in trouble......I would just leave it like that after she suggested to my son what women should be only in the kitchen and wearing low cut tops...my son took his cue from her and started hitting my daughter on what a 'female should be' this woman is only re-enforcing it and I would like to sue her.
The people leaving all the negative comments are just envious. They're dying to try this but can't cook. Don't blame this wonderful cook just because she's excellent at it!
I’m a chef. It would be nice if there was the dish name in the title. An ingredient list at the beginning would a lso be nice! This starting halfway through the recipe is bullshit!
I’ve only got one suggestion: when I chop a veg or squash and I know that I will need to salt it to get some water out, I use a colander instead of a bowl. Thanks for sharing your recipe. I appreciate your time and effort.
Thanks for this very healthy nutritional casserole. I can see why your kids love it! The next time my grand children visit me, I'll make it for them, better yet we'll prepare it together. More fun. Thanks again and God bless your hands 🙏🌹❤️
I agree about showing what you’re cooking first, however , some people don’t know how to cook and the instructions and visuals are outstanding! Thanks! BB
My husband and I frequently looking for new recipes. This looks good…and lots of veggies. Love your videos with tranquil music and your display how to prepare dish. Very relaxing in this hectic world. We are from Ohio in the middle of state with rolling hills and beautiful trees. From Diane
Cooking is an art for many and all have their own styles as do the viewers. I appreciate the variety and watch according to my needs and mood. I love viewing this calming and relaxing video at the end of a choatic day. (When a video doesn't work for me, I recognize I have a choice and am not an audience of one. I don't leave a discouraging comment, I simply stop watching.)
Looks like a tutorial for people just learning to cook. The way she is slow and deliberate helps a new cook, perhaps her grandkids ages to learn. For me after watching once I won’t need to write it down I can do it by memory! If your a cook already yes it would be nice to have ingredients done chopped etc and just toss it all together done. Good look at the timing in everything too. This is clearly a dish made with love.
Love your soothing voice and soft music. It's so refreshing after dealing with a busy and noisy day. The casserole looks healthy and delicious. I will definitely give it a try. Thanks so much. I am 62 from Ohio. Please don't change a thing about your presentation.
Townsville Australia. It looks delicious. A great recipe for when you have company or visitors staying. It couod be prepared ahead of time, pop in the fridge and bake when you all arrive home. Yummy. This could be divided when ready and plsce a couple of portiy in the fridge and some in the freezer. It's really not extravagant if you have a large family. It's just people no longer cook the way we use to. I made homemade Macaroni Cheese, when we had visitors staying. Feeding four adults after a full day out, I didn't have any left over to save for another meal. Also they wanted the recipe. It was truly scrumptious. It also had four cheeses in the recipe. Currently we are all struggling to make ends meet financially but honestly as a birthday dinner for a family of five or six , this would be wonderful. Make up a fresh gargen salad, with garlic bread and a lovely glass of wine. You would have no problem pushing this out to eight people and it would be a cheap meal instead of taking the family out for that birthday or anniversary meal. We are really forgetting how to cook and even eat. People complaining about the contents and the amount of salt used, along with using cheese more than once, really? Personally I have copied and pasted to my Notebook. Why come looking for cooking dishes if you are so set in your ways as to what you can and can't have. Bless you. Cooking is a lost art. I admit I quit most cooking once my husband died but I still want real food. If I adjust it for me and/or freeze some, I’m all for it.
@antcathycraig4303, You could cut the recipe in half and then freeze half. I cut a lot of recipes in half or less. But freezing dinners is also a great time saver.
I agree with you about the vitamins. I have the 2 shot Pfizer vaccine. I did get covid twice, probably because I live with my granddaughter and drive her home from school every day. She'd get it and gave it to me both times. But I had no symptoms at all. I thank the vaccines for that. Then I never got the booster. 2 years later, this year, I got covid again. That was so bad. I thought I might need to go to the hospital. I blame not getting the booster on that. I'm 69. I've always taken D3 5,000 + k2 100. And other vitamins for immunity. I do believe in most vaccines. I've also had the shot for pneumonia and the flu. I never had those 2 vaccines before, but im a believer now. Better safe than sorry.
Easy to reduce/ eliminate salt. I routinely do do, and I have never gotten complaints. I don't think the mediçal care comments are particularly relevant here.
Excuse me @diana - I get what you are saying. But I would call it "SOOTHING" instead of "sleepy". This Cook/Chef has a "wonderful soothing calm voice." She takes her time while cooking and EXPLAINING IT TO THE AUDIENCE. I LOVE HER VOICE AND HER MUSIC IN THE BACKGROUND. IT REALLY "RELAXED" ME WHILE I LISTENED TO HER. PLEASE LET'S TRY TO SEE "THE GOOD" IN THIS LADIES COOKING PRESENTATION. "HAPPY HOLIDAYS" 😊 FOR 2025 TO EVERYONE. 🤗💥🫶👍💞

@oldwoman5942 You are right, but my englisch/american is'nt my native language. I am not where you come from, so little mistakes are not so bad. Be a little accommodating!!!!
This looks delicious! I'm thinking of using ground chicken for the meat, reducing the cheese to just a bit on the top. Maybe bake it in a rectangular pan to cut the servings more evenly. I'll get back to you on how it works. Can't wait to try it out!
Great video for new cooks. It’s very encouraging to someone new to cooking. You do an excellent job showing how to prepare the veggies and other ingredients for this recipe. Thanks for sharing
she is NOT new to cooking...she is an actual German woman who also specializes in 'seductive cooking" who has about....20 other channels with different name? And depending on any one channel, you can find her 'swaying seductively' with the camera trained on her buttocks.
Looks nice. When I am short of time, I change the speed to 1.5 or 2. When repetitive chopping starts, I tap on the right side to advance the video ten seconds at a time.
@ Judy, it’s super easy. In the top right corner of the video tap the screen. You’ll see a wheel-looking thing for the settings. Tap that……then playback speed and you’re there! Hope this helped.
I literally can’t finish this video! I’ve fallen asleep twice 🗣 it’s good to a soothing voice but doggone it it’s not supposed to lull them sleep. I’m tapping out✌🏾✌🏾😅😅
It took an entire year just to chop an onion, not to mention how it was tossed like slow falling raindrops into the pan after it was done. Ridiculous! I like clear directions that are straight to the point. She should name her channel “ASMR Recipes” to warn those who don’t have time to sit back and watch long, boring videos. Hard pass for me.
80 year old widow from the western mountains of Maine. Love this recipe. It reminds me of what my mother (born in North Carolina) called "spoon bread". We kids all loved spoon bread.
This is my 1st time watching your videos. I love the music and your soothing voice. I also love it that you don't rush through each ingredient so I can follow you well. I look forward to trying this recipe!
This is a terrific recipe, and, being a vegetarian, I would substitute a plant-based protein for the hamburger, and complete the regular ingredients, making switches as necessary. What got me, as I was listening to the person, who was giving the instructions, that voice could put someone to sleep since it was so calm and soothing! God bless and keep you well and safe.
You can purchase some of these veggies already chopped up. Having a good cheese grater and pre chopping everything might help too. Lots of prep, but I want to try it 🤣
@@TheresaBailey-pl8zuyou can purchase all ready chopped up but it will never taste as good as when you do it fresh. I grew up on all fresh, made from scratch. Good ole chez/ polish recipes.
I thought it was going to take her all day to show it. Yes her voice is beautiful but I lost interest and stopped watching, Sorry, just too slow for me.
❤❤❤❤love how slow and soothing your video is, music very soft and subtle, no unnecessary talking. And very easy to follow! ❤❤❤❤ AND SNEAKING IN VEGGIES FOR THE KIDS. 😂
I love that you shared this. I cook a casserole similar to yours except I mix my sautéd vegetables into the ground meat and pasta and use finely chopped broccoli as the middle layer. It’s all delicious! Thank you!!
I’m a Mom/Wife here from Wisconsin. My family absolutely loved this recipe. I did add additional “soul seasonings” and it was the perfect combination. Thank you for sharing!!!! ❤❤❤❤
Your voice and music are so calming. Thank you. Food looks good too. So complete, as a casserole should be. (I love cutting the zucchini this way too!) Thanks again.🎉
Hello, What a nutritious and healthy meal. Budget friendly as well. Ingredients well distributed. Hearty wholesome meal. Thank you once again for your time spent in the kitchen and preperation. Debbie - Australia.

My family calls this goulash but sometimes we use American cheese and we always use shell noodles. It’s great because the meat and sauce naturally fills up the shell so you get these delicious little stuffed shell noodles. It’s comfort food!
I would only make this for special company since it takes quite aa gental voice!! while to get everything prepped. I don't enjoy cooking like I used to so I don't want to take forever just to get it ready. It looks delicious!! Lovely golden brown!! Yum! Such gentle music and gentle voice. Thank you
I was thinking the same thing. It's raining here and I'm waiting to pick my son up from school. This was much needed and that casserole looks so good. Thank you for the video.❤
@@StElmosFire53, Yessss indeed, that’s all a person needs to do especially the first time they make it. I’m going to try it, soon it looks absolutely delicious. 😋
I grow my own veggies here in Mo. and either freeze or can whatever I can. That saves on groceries that have went sky high. Try using ground turkey instead of beef also. This looks really good, so I sent it to my daughter who loves to cook
OMG looks so delicious and the chef has such a warm inviting tone. Makes cooking seem so pleasant! I'm a horrible cook with little patience and the prep time for this is too much for me. That's my bad because I would LOVE to eat this. Maybe some day! GREAT VIDEO AND PRESENTATION 👍
Such a joy to watch & listen to. Truly appreciate your way of showing everything you are doing. Please don’t ever change your style of making a video. I am ending my wonderful Christmas day with this video. 🎄Merry Christmas 🎄
I kept watching because EVERY ingredient was a favorite... I learned an easier way to chop up onions, a nice cut to the zucchini... but, I always cut tomatoes on a small plastic chopping board, so I can collect and use the juice... Also, I would replace the beef with ground turkey (adding a bit more oil to the sautéing)... Otherwise... I loved the finished casserole... the presentation and I love to eat pretty food!!... I will give this one a try soon...😋😋😋
Just ignore the nay sayers. Some people just aren’t happy unless they bringing others down. I really enjoyed your video and can’t wait to try this! Thank you for sharing!

Your videos make me want to take a nap. I usually love the finish3d product, but the videos are just so sleeeeepy.❤
Yes relaxing not rushed, with tons of fake excitement yak..yak..yak. ❤❤
You can always increase the playback speed.

The mini grater is adorable! Completely impractical, but adorable.
Love the mini grater!
Love the mini grater! I got one with whole nutmeg. I still have it and use it for the nutmeg. Now it will have another use.
Only impractical if you are using it. It may be her favorite tool.
Looks delicious! I love your techniques and presentation. Great teaching video for inexperienced cooks.
It is cute.
Looks wonderful . Such a soothing voice . Love it .❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
kids asking to cook it daily would be a lot of work but its is great if they could cook it themselves. u remeind me of my mum. she showed my sis n i how to cook in the same way. shed show us n wed finish the job. shed stand over us when practicing certain dishes others we were let to get on with is. practice brings experience. we can cook anything we turn our hand to now. she taight us baking n cale decorating..she learned mrs beatons in college ..that was a tough course back then(60s).. inc how to cut whole carcasses into joints portions etc.
meat wine pairing ..n so much more.
ur kids are lucky they are taught in the same way.
great lpoking dish. iv cooked thru n layered similarly. the ending is different n worth making the whole dish as something different than my usual monthly norms.
love n appreciation for u n ur techniques honey. ur doing a great service to those without the opportunity of these teachings in their upbringing 🤗💕💖🇬🇧 xxx
Washington DC. USA. Love these recipes AND our wonderful teacher and her great talent and calm demeanor.
ASMR is the name of this manor of representation. It's very relaxing.
these recipies are so simple, it's like learning kids to cook
Teaching not learning
@oldwoman5942 You are right, but my englisch/american is'nt my native language. I am not where you come from, so little mistakes are not so bad. Be a little accommodating!!!!

@@ellenfransen1825 @oldwoman5942 was trying to help you learn English better. Think positively. Have a great day and thanks for your video.
I am from Georgia
This looks delicious! I'm thinking of using ground chicken for the meat, reducing the cheese to just a bit on the top. Maybe bake it in a rectangular pan to cut the servings more evenly. I'll get back to you on how it works. Can't wait to try it out!
I can’t wait to try this delicious looking recipe. I am a veggie freak, this recipe is full of everything I love. Thank you for sharing.
I am so making this dish for my family for this holidays. We are 12 in total. Guess no one will be complaining after this. ❤❤❤❤. Thank you so much.
Such a soothing voice. I bet it's great being your child ❤
You have such a pleasing voice & lovely hands. It is quite long. Enjoyed! Wish I could’ve been your taster!!
I do the same. I don’t enjoy dragged out videos. 23:00 for a cooking video is not necessary.
@@ccrow9147Your comments are NOT necessary! I'm very sorry I read your post.
How do you change speed
@ Judy, it’s super easy. In the top right corner of the video tap the screen. You’ll see a wheel-looking thing for the settings. Tap that……then playback speed and you’re there! Hope this helped.
The food looks amazing. Your voice is so amazingly soothing. Perfect for guided meditation.
I put it on 2x playback speed... and still fell asleep before she was done!
This looks very delicious!! I look forward to additional recipes from this site! Thank you!
Really great! So beautiful, and more than enough to feed the family for several meals. Thanks
SEVERAL MEALS?
That was only a pound of hamberger. You might want to double it if you want several meals or to freeze some. Then, put it in a 9×13 casserole dish.
80 year old widow from the western mountains of Maine. Love this recipe. It reminds me of what my mother (born in North Carolina) called "spoon bread". We kids all loved spoon bread.
this is my type of food! Great instructions and easy to listen to. Thank you
Looks BEAUTIFUL, delicious and expertly made. I think my 90-year-old mother would ALSO appreciate this. Thank you!
This looks like a very delicious dish. Thank you for sharing it with us. I will make this!
Loved the video!! ❤❤❤
I’m from Redding, CA. I collect recipes so when the Drs get me healed up & we are traveling I try them with my honey❤❤
This is my 1st time watching your videos. I love the music and your soothing voice. I also love it that you don't rush through each ingredient so I can follow you well. I look forward to trying this recipe!
From Missouri, USA. Enjoyed your presentation. Plan to make this casserole soon.
It would take me all day to make it!
Looks so good.
No it wouldn’t. It would take about 30”.
❤❤❤❤love how slow and soothing your video is, music very soft and subtle, no unnecessary talking. And very easy to follow! ❤❤❤❤ AND SNEAKING IN VEGGIES FOR THE KIDS. 😂
Many thanks from Shreveport Louisiana grandmother trying to get more veggies into my family 😊
I lived in Shreveport for 23 years. I think now I live in North Little Rock Arkansas.
I love that you shared this. I cook a casserole similar to yours except I mix my sautéd vegetables into the ground meat and pasta and use finely chopped broccoli as the middle layer. It’s all delicious! Thank you!!
What a lovely calming voice you have . Have a good day .
I’m a Mom/Wife here from Wisconsin. My family absolutely loved this recipe. I did add additional “soul seasonings” and it was the perfect combination. Thank you for sharing!!!! ❤❤❤❤

I am having so many ideas watching this.... So soothing just listening
Looks delicious. Thank you! And your hands are beautiful!
Your voice and music are so calming. Thank you. Food looks good too. So complete, as a casserole should be. (I love cutting the zucchini this way too!) Thanks again.🎉
Hello,
What a nutritious and healthy meal. Budget friendly as well. Ingredients well distributed. Hearty wholesome meal.
Thank you once again for your time spent in the kitchen and preperation.

You are blessed to have children that love any dish made with vegetables. I am not so fortunate. This recipe looks delicious!!!
The mountains of East Tennessee, in the USA! ❤ 🇺🇲. Don't worry about all the critical comments. Some people are not happy unless they are unhappy about something!
Exactly! 💯
Aint that the truth?
I grew up visiting my mother’s family in Cocke County. The food there was amazing!
From Virginia and looking forward to whipping up this casserole. Seems delicious as is your voice! Soothing and sweet. Perfection 🤌🏼
Looks delicious, I will try. This is a simple dish but a bit laborious. Your videos are calming, i needed this today. Election Day in the US. 😊
My family calls this goulash but sometimes we use American cheese and we always use shell noodles. It’s great because the meat and sauce naturally fills up the shell so you get these delicious little stuffed shell noodles. It’s comfort food!
I am watching from Columbus Ohio,in the US. You make everything look so easy.
I have found when I watch videos like this they’re very calming for me 🥰
Love the recipe will definitely make it
I’m in Melbourne Australia
You have such a gentle soothing voice, very calming
I would only make this for special company since it takes quite aa gental voice!! while to get everything prepped. I don't enjoy cooking like I used to so I don't want to take forever just to get it ready. It looks delicious!! Lovely golden brown!! Yum! Such gentle music and gentle voice. Thank you
Great stuff!!!! From Old Town, Idaho!!!!
I was thinking the same thing. It's raining here and I'm waiting to pick my son up from school. This was much needed and that casserole looks so good. Thank you for the video.❤
Their groceries must be cheap over there. Ours has tripled in Louisiana !
I’m going to cut mine way down. Cook onion with 1 pepper and zucchini. 1lb need and pasta.
Ur guy Trump will fix it. I'M not holding my breath, I'll die, Before it happens. Everything gonna go up. U WATCH.
Yes ours in OK have gotten so much more also. Not good.
This voice is so calming and relaxing that it sounds like a meditation. Ik don’t think I can stay awake till the end but the recepy looks great.
طبق رائع ومكونات بسيطه لكن المقطع طويييل جداً. شكرا🍃 🌺🍃

I’m loving the veggie combination and would love to try this….. ❤❤
This takes a LONG time to make.
No the person is DRAGGING ON AND ON
@Joan If you are an experienced cook there are ways to shave time off--a food processor would help.
