@@samo_ammo Lots and Lots of Earthquake resistant built homes. For Good Reason. San Rafael is one of the main towns in Marin that's Heavily prone to Tremors and Earthquakes. I should know, everytime I went up there as a kid in the late 80s, there was always a tremor. San Rafael is located about only 40 miles west of the San Andreas Fault.
@@ggNotSuree I had a nickname for it as a little tyke in the late 80s. "Fell Down City or Falling Down San RaFell" It was where I experienced my very first Earthquake at 5 years of age in '88. Its VERY prone to tremors and Earthquakes.
The downtown is very walkable. Behind that, I walked up to that beautiful church - I forget the name- and into one of the residential areas. I, it’s not New York but hardly L.A.
i lived there for a year. hands down most beautiful town on earth.

I lived there in Eucalyptus Lane for 4 years. Went to Coleman School. Great time! Greetings from Germany.

Nope. Its a Southern Marin Co suburb and town. Its probably the one in Marin where you'll experience lots and lotsa of Tremors.
