Kohat Golf Club | “THE TRANSFORMATION” is a complete story timeline starting from the war on terror when the Golf Course was closed. The city of Kohat has a distinguished and palpable history and had been witness to some great events that are permanently etched in the memory of time. This city has been at the forefront in the nation’s fight against militancy and terrorism, courtesy of its location as a gateway to the tribal hinterland. However, Kohat has managed to retain its glorious legacy in this fight. One such landmark of the Kohat canvas was St Andrews Golf Club, one of the oldest golf clubs of the subcontinent. St Andrews Golf Club was shifted to its current loc at Dhoda. Set amidst picturesque Kohat valley under the shadow of Kotal Top, Dodha Golf Club kept on serving the golfers for long duration till the on-set of war against terrorism wherein the club was forced to be closed down due to law and order situation particularly in KPK.
