Steep mountains scare the daylights out of me. Apart from that it was enjoyable. Masterclass after Masterclass is how i would like to describe your videos. Thanks.
Thanks for the video(s). I will be in the Alps first next week for 12 days then on to the Dolomites until the end of September. Staying in Bolzano, Ortisei (I saw your other video from there) and Cortina in the Dolomites. Can't wait. In response to a comment below its perfectly clear there are plenty of opportunities to take easy, moderate or hard hikes in just about any park or mountain region and just because people might be retired there are-as you note-various levels of fitness. Good job, safe travels.
Hi! Thank you! Check out my Playlist on the Dolomites, I have several videos, and I also show where we stayed. We did stay first in Dobbiaco & then in Bolzano.
@louiscaeiroramos8051 I think each destination offers something for each person, so it's really the level of difficulty that you personally are looking to take on. I am super athletic, but I'm not a "hiker" I'm a novice... so I never wanted to be in a situation where I felt out of my comfort zone. As is, when you are on some of those mountains & on the ledges and the wind picks up...it's very easy to feel like you are about to have a "Mary Poppins" moment

Awesome video! By the way, how many days did you spend in the Dolomites? Did you base yourself out of Dobbiaco?

These are 15 places for people who don't want to waste much energy. I would say, specially selected to retired people.
