Hey man, thanks - I appreciate it, this region of Italy is insane, I can't wait to go back. Greetings from Oz and thanks for this it's brilliant. We're planning to be in Italy for a couple of weeks this time next year, and most of the time is on the west coast, so getting to the Dolomites is a bit challenging. I've been trying to work out how to get in and out in about 4 days, where to stay and this helps a lot. The Albergo (Gasthof Samont?) you stayed at is definitely hard to find, so if could you please tell me at least what town it was in and the street or address would be fantastic. 3D zooming around Langkofel it looks like it's close to Ortisei but I can't do better than that.

Thanks for the kind comment and a great question. You have to register and take a short class for the rules in Europe and in Italy. The European rules are just a Little more strict about when and where you can fly, but by following the rules, everyone is happier!

I@@JacksonMeyerI just registered on dflight, payed the 6 euros fee just to be able to see the flight map. As far as I can tell you are NOT allowed to fly anywhere near the Dolomites.
@@MindToAskYes, pretty much all of it is a national park. The only place you can legally fly from this video is the Santa Magdalena church. Rest of the places if you get caught be prepared for a MEGA fine and confiscated equipment.
It was maintenance just for that time. It should be open. There are also some other options coming in from the other side, but those require different hikes to get to. Have fun!
Yes, so there are two parking areas nearby: parcheggio piazza central parkplatz bergerplatz and st maddelena parking. Both of which will let you park and then walk through town up the road (about 30 mins) other people will be driving up there to the church and viewing spot but this is disruptive and will be aware that they clearly shouldn’t be there. Have fun!
What is the name of the roller coaster in the last scene? I would like to know how to access it and if there is a parking lot. I'm not good at English, so I'm sorry if I explained it in the video.

I believe that I followed all the rules, and didn't fly at Lago di Braies as it was posted tp not fly there, but my friend had footage and so I used that. Thanks.
Rest of the places if you get caught be prepared for a MEGA fine and confiscated equipment.
did you visit in June? How was the weather like ? Would you recommend going at any other time ?
We were here end of May :) I LOVED IT! I don’t think it ever gets too crazy here but I always like travelling in the shoulder season 🏔️
Can i visit all these beautiful places during February ?
Yes you can!! It will be different and potentially snowy, but gorgeous!
why was the second cable car in seceda closed? is it too common in June ?
It was maintenance just for that time. It should be open. There are also some other options coming in from the other side, but those require different hikes to get to. Have fun!
Where did you stay ? Any hotels In Dolomites? To save some time
I listed where we stayed in the description I think. Albergo somont in Ortesei and Hotel Serena in Cortina
I didnt understand properly about where to park if one visits Santa Maddalena .. can you elaborate or share google map link where I can park car?
Yes, so there are two parking areas nearby: parcheggio piazza central parkplatz bergerplatz and st maddelena parking. Both of which will let you park and then walk through town up the road (about 30 mins) other people will be driving up there to the church and viewing spot but this is disruptive and will be aware that they clearly shouldn’t be there. Have fun!
@@JacksonMeyer thank you
What month did you go?
June and it was epic. Definitely will return in February though for winter time ;O
What is the name of the roller coaster in the last scene?
I would like to know how to access it and if there is a parking lot.
I'm not good at English, so I'm sorry if I explained it in the video.
There is a parking lot - it is in Chamonix, France - and called the Chamonix amusement park.
Which month u had gone?
June and it was incredible! Barely any tourists give the time of the year
@@JacksonMeyer thank you. Cheers for your future adventures.
God bless
Do you get to see any wildlife ? or is it all extinct ?
Haha there are some animals out and about, I didn’t see anything crazy. I was looking for IBEX but didn’t see those until I went to the French alps
why aren't you showing how it realy looks like in st.magdalena with 100 people taking the same foto ob the same spot???
show the reality !!!
That wasn't my experience at all. It was my wife and I and two other groups. I try to be respectful.

please please dont visit these places and make them overcrowded 🙏 there are all around beautifull places no need to run all to the same spot
Indeed.
never ever swim in the lake braies beacuse you'll ruin the ecosystem
I don't believe this is true, everyone says that you can swim in it. Can you provide a source for your claim... Because if not, next time I'm there I'm going in and I can't wait!
