Presidential Proclamation 10014 has been rescinded, what does that mean for impacted Immigrant Visa cases at U.S. Embassy Kingston?
The Immigrant Visa Unit is operating with limited capacity due to COVID-19, but is corresponding with applicants to ensure that required documentation is complete and up to date. We will work to reschedule appointments as circumstances and resources permit. - Розваги
Why can’t the embassy post a weekly/monthly bulletin showing their current processing times. At least applicants could use that to track their cases
Oh gosh, 3 yrs plus and waiting to be with my husband. I did my interview on February 4, 2022, anticipating a favorable response till now.🙏
why was a letterv sent to my mom informing that my visa application has been cancelled because i took no action when i did interview and was waiting under administrative processing and then proclomation. the last time the embassy contacted me was in june to do over police certificate and i did and returned back passports
I believe you guys should probably look in to every other week opening on a Saturday.

THIS WAS FEW MONTHS AGO
I was given back my sons passport and told to update police record and medical only to now get a letter saying his visa appointment was cancelled because I did not respond and he already did the interview on March 9 2020 and was granted visa but because of the then presidential proclamation it was put on hold, now am told it has been cancelled, can you please explain this for me please

When will interview schedule? It make no sense individuals are waiting so long and no interview??

Same it’s been almost 2 years since documents been approved and accepted.
In my opinion the embassy is the one that is causing this backlog throughout and it’s very annoying, it’s always a back and forth with you people and it’s very annoying. I think my attorney needs to get the attention of the the government into this matter because this embassy keeps doing this without merit! You have created this mess on yourselves and want to have us waiting! The government of Jamaica have removed the protocols of covid 19 so that all organizations can move swiftly but you still decide to move on your time by slowing down on families trying to live together legally. Something needs to be done because NVC have done all that the embassy required but the embassy seems to enjoy creating chaos and sleep on documents for legal citizens
