This chick, Malin, definitely had some kind of a hit voice. Whatever she sang, it sounded youthful, free, animated…Of course, the arrangement played a significant role. There is definitely some “x” factor in some singers that other singers with well voice don’t have, and that’s not about vocal abilities, but the kind of energy that makes people move on their feet, feel elevation.

I'm an older guy ('60s to '80s music person) but became smitten with them when they started having hits in the US in 1993. Linn Berggren's singing just eases into the heart and sticks there. She is so gifted.
I was in the 7th grade when this song came out and I remember it was on the radio all the time along with their other hits from this album. Then a couple years later in 1995 Beautiful Life came out and I was even more ecstatic! I really miss those days because that was when music was still meaningful and timeless.
I was in high school when this came out and some of the girls I hung out with were really into this group. So seeing these videos now brings back memories 🎉

I'm an urban black guy in my 30s and from 5th grade until now I've opened myself up to all European style music, spice girls, ace of base, enigma, Sarah brightman, enya, the verve, gorillaz, daft punk,oasis,rammstein, kylie minogue, ,and so many others, if you are a true music fan , u open yourself up to culture , sounds,,flows, flavor . . . . . I'm probably eccentric in music taste but hey I can literally vibe on anything and ace of base is a group I listen to daily ,,songs never get boring, especially the cruel summer remake by bananarama
They are top and have deep message in opposite to many others
