I'm Korean and I'm still listening in 2024! I like Ace of Base much better than Korean singers or Korean songs. As a Korean, I've listened to a lot of Korean music, but no matter how good Korean music is, I get sick of it after listening to it 3-4 times and can't listen to it anymore. Ace of Base music is calm yet exciting, and has a strangely addictive feeling whenever you listen to it. This is the charm of Ace of Base music that is not found in Korean music

That way they don't give in to peer pressure to smoke, overdrink, etc. My little sister told me recently that one of her ex-classmates just passed away from a heart attack most likely from smoking. The victim was only 38. My guess was peer pressure made a smart girl do a dumb thing and resulted in this tragedy. That's why people need to listen to this song and take it to heart.

This is the first CD I ever bought. Funny how now, 25 years later, I’m still finding myself returning to this album. And even more interesting is how it’s resonated and defined me over my entire life. Especially this song and “edge of heaven”. This album is just a celebration of all the ups and downs in life.
