I love finding a use for an empty model box - I have a few and can’t bear to throw them out even though I don’t have the model and / or the poly inner.
A good ol' R751. Trouble is these days, the traction magnets no longer work, which severely reduces their pulling power. But I'm still keeping mine, and my class 31 too. That Bachmann brake van was an absolute bargain.
Hi Dan. Nice one buddy. Thing is when you buy things like this, you must say to yourself I can fix that, I look at things and say that's broken don't want that.☹ Thanks for sharing Dan, get your skills working so we can see them on the garden railway. Stay safe buddy. Thumbs up thumped 👍 ... Pete....
What an absolute bargain. Id probably have paid that much (and then some) for the diesel here in Oz. Hearing the kids in the background made me laugh. The little ones obviously going to be a singer. 🤣
You could pay that amount for the conflat alone on E-Bay! By the way they are not transformers, but containers used for limestone, used in steel making. As you can imagine I saw a lot of the real thing in Sheffield.

Good haul and kids.... who'd have them...!!
Some bargains there well done 👍. I'm looking for concrete wagons, more tankers, freight liners and Blue Pullman coaches.

The Double ended diesel is based on the Victorian Railways (Australia) B Class loco.
What an absolute bargain.

That’s a great haul, I have been pretty disappointed by the car boots I have been to recently.
The Triang diesel motor is the same as the Dock Shunter should be an easy fix. The mk2 coach alone was worth the £10 well done.
Good finds Dan, last spalding due was a bit thin on bargain finds
Really? I plan to go on the 1st September as haven’t done a spalding toy fair for months
