Tongue out and down releases stuck energy in the body. tongue tip at roof of mouth with mouth closed connects the lower chakras with upper chakras. tongue outside the mouth and up connects to the saraswati nadi and also lubricates the joints. thanks for the questions! I hope that was helpful.

Also the Kriyas from Guruji's UA-cam links r in standing position while I notice urs with a jog or leg swing or hit the back and head too being raised! (I am following his Diamond 1 link, the basic right now 40 min one)
Hello, I don't understand your question about doing the opposite with few...what does that mean please? Most kriyas can be done standing, or squatting, kneeling or seated. Activating the legs causes grounding and full body activation. Thank you for your questions.
