    If you know me, you know I am a HUGE Clemson fan so of course there is going to be a sports comparison to make this concept more understandable!

    Love the Four Disciplines of Execution. Have been using it in our company for 3 years. Key is to nail the lead indicators....once this is done momentum ensues!

    I like the idea of daily huddles to have everyone included in the game plan and to have that inclusive motivation.

    This is such good information Chandler! I love how every principle you teach is so interconnected.
    My question: if a team member has 3 KPIs, 2 are red and 1 is green, do we consider that as a red day? What numbers should we consider to determine if the company on the whole is on green or red?

    Great sharing! Just one question, what if the team may have different assignment with different complexity level, the scoreboard might frustrate the one is handling tough clients and tough area. How to adjust that to be more fair?

    Ghod I wish Tanner was a tokenized crypto asset. Dude is SOOOOO undervalued its crazy.
