  • Tutorial for Bubble Method for Tumblers. Used for creating scales and texture on dragon/ reptile tumblers.
    Supplies used:
    Art Alchemy Sparks - Raven Black www.amazon.com... via @amazon
    Paint Brush Set-
    www.amazon.com... via @amazon
    Emerald Metallic Acrylic Paint-
    www.amazon.com... via @amazon
    Black Acrylic Paint-
    www.amazon.com... via @amazon
    After letting the paints completely dry, you will adhere the Dragon Eye piece using E500 glue. After the adhesive glue has completely dried (read instructions on E500) do as many layers of epoxy that you need until smooth.. letting each layer fully dry before the next! (I did 4 layers of epoxy) Enjoy!

    Loved watching you make this cup!! Will there be a part 3 of you attaching the eye to the cup? ♥️

      Unfortunately the third video was deleted by accident... but... I adhered the clay eye piece with E6000 glue following the drying directions on the back of the glue. Once dry, I cleaned the glass dome eye with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol then did 3 layers of epoxy (completely drying between each layer) 😊💕

    How long do u bake the dragon eye u made from clay & is there a link for the cats eye on amazon? Also will u have part three of adhering the dragons clay eye to the cup? Did u just put clay on reg SS tumbler & bake in oven? It doesn’t hurt the tumbler & what temp? Sorry for all the questions but my 10 yr old daughter would try to do back flip for this cup shed break her neck trying though lol, she would love a dragon cup. She loves toothless & Mermaids !

      Everything is listed in the first video making the eye! 😊 unfortunately the last video got deleted by accident, but all I did was adhere it using E500 GLUE and did 4 layers of epoxy once it completely dried.

      Quinny's Glitzy Tumblers when you do 4 layers of epoxy, does it completely smooth out over the scales or does it still have texture?

    • @becknicole7465
      @becknicole7465  4 роки тому

      @@jlayman11 It completely smooths out. I do 2 layers off epoxy and after the second I sand like I would a glittered tumbler, then continue on with the remaining layers of epoxy. Everyone's tumblers are different though, if you need less or more layers it will all be dependent on your own individual tumbler! :)
