I can’t even imagine singing in anything else than mix. I can’t belt with chest voice for the life of me. It feels very uncontrolled and raw but also I am not technically advanced like that.
She talked about vocals a lot as a voice coach as well. It was refreshing to see someone care so much about vocal health on that show.

Someone said there was a unreleased song from Ariana called f*** the grammys. I looked it up and it was all pitched up and she sang "we make songs better than anyone else"and "I am going to sleep on the tennis court". Ariiana apparently called the producer of the grammys a liar coz she cancelled a performance coz he was trying to limit her expression and he tried to say it was coz she couldn't put anything together in time.
I was gonna talk about how they're both legacy characters at the Grammy now... but Ariana only has 2 grammies [Billie's has 9].

this grammys had some of the best performances and wins of recent years. billie has 9 at age 23 with 3 projects, if anything this 'snub' is just correction for her over-awards in previous years, which sucks as HMHAS is miles ahead but hey thats how voting acadamy works. besides, why are people acting like the nominations were not stacked? in the categories billie was 'snubbed' she did not lose to inferior acts. ariana is a diff conversation with more weight

I think Billie’s such a great interviewer bc she’s not rushed whatsoever. She seems like she put real thought into what questions she was honestly curious to hear an in depth honest sincere answer about. Billie was not thinking of the next question she would ask, she was just happy to hear the answer she was receiving in the moment. So pure.

I really hope that the effort they put in to make the movie as a proper musical, creates a precedent for other musicals being turned in the movies. We want artistry and singers. Not just pretty people singing and acting at different times. The musical aspect needs to be woven into the movie, not thrown on after.
Ariana and cynthia were both right about the fact if so, many people are doing the same thing eight times a week. Getting one good shot live singing for film is not anywhere out of the question.
This was the first movie I have seen in a long time that actually has a sense of wonder and enchantment and it is because the full team put an effort to ensure that that was there.
This has every potential to turn into proper classic that could surpasses any "classical movie" we've made up to this point and it is so deserved.
I will NEVER get tired of hearing Ariana grande talk about wicked ❤ I watch every single interview that comes out and I love every single one of them ❤ never tired of it ❤ Ariana is lovely everytime she is so graceful and kind I love her so much
