Hanging obstacles are a problem for me. I’m in great shape but too heavy. I have desperately tried to lose weight but at 65 it’s just not easy like when I was 25 and ate 100# food daily. I did the monkey bars and a large % of other hanging obstacles. This particular one is hard for me. The rings absolutely crush my large wide hands. I need more practice. Excellent video
This is helpful I might try assisted monkey at my first spartan on sunday! carrying extra weight and not done single arm hangs before so don't think I can do the monkey swing!

The ending on this multirig in the uk end with two hanging ropes -nearly an impossible task to do (other multirigs and monkey bars I cruise easily)
Fair play though. I've seen guys who couldn't do this!
